Okay guys, let's admit it. It's summer and we all want to go back to school in september looking our best. We all want to wow the everyone, we want people to not recognize us, in the good way. I'm currently trying to lose weight, and I'm using every tip possible in my daily life STARTING TODAY. Here's my first tip, when it comes to dieting or exersizing, never procrastinate. Pledge to yourself that you will go back to school a new you. Not because you want to please the world, but because you want to feel comfortable in your body, because you want to be as happy with your outside as you are with you're inside. I'm not doing this for faves. I'm doing this to give me a push, so that way not only am I relying on myself, but I have you guys relying on me for tips. I know that sounds a little weird but it sounded better in my head... ok here we go. I love you guys! You're all beautiful.

Green focus on stomach


Pink focus on arms


Blue focus on thighs


Black focus on calves


White is MISC. :D

Can I suggest a tip (or a few)?
Fidget! Little movements like tapping your fingers or bouncing your leg burn calories without any effort.
Eating things like carrot sticks or celery WITH PEANUT BUTTER as a dip. Peanut butter raises your metabolism.
Do weight exercises as well as cardio - building muscle also raises your metabolism
Don't just rely on what the scale says - it doesn't tell you what's fat, what's muscle, what's water weight or what's period bloat. Use a tape measure or the way your jeans fit as well as the scale.
