Our plan is to help anybody who wants to lose some weight this
summer, or to just be healthier.
Here's how it
The name of this project is the
Healthy Witty Summer Plan, and two people help run the project.
We will post weekly tips and excercises to help you become
healthier. This step is completely optional, but if you want us
to keep track of your goal weight and how much weight you've
lost, then post in the comments below your weight, and your goal
weight (if you have one). At the end of the summer, we will ask
you to comment your starting weight, ending weight, and what your
goal weight was (once again, if you had one). & Then we will
post a final quote on how everybody did.
