About 2 months ago, this account was hacked. I wasn't able to get onto WittysAnonymous so I couldn't continue with the fitness program. Since summer is mostly over, I obviously won't be continuing with it.

10 tips for a healthier lifestyle:

1. Read food labels.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Make sure to excersise at least 30-60 min. a day.
4. Get 6-8 hours of sleep per day (lack of sleep can affect your eating habits).
5. Try to always eat breakfast, you may hear this a lot, but breakfast really is the most important meal of the day!
6. Try to cut out any soda or juices that are high in sugar from your diet. Remember that diet sodas are just as bad.
7. Eat your fruits and veggies.
8. Find activities that you enjoy doing but help you stay active at the stay time. For example, find a sport you like to play.
9. Measure how many servings you eat of a food.
10. Stay positive and never doubt your ability to mantain a healthy lifestyle.

Since summer has started, many of us are looking to be and look healthier. 
It can be very difficult to do this if you don't have any motivation. 
Our plan is to help anybody who wants to lose some weight this summer, or to just be healthier.

Here's how it works:

The name of this project is the Healthy Witty Summer Plan, and two people help run the project. We will post weekly tips and excercises to help you become healthier. This step is completely optional, but if you want us to keep track of your goal weight and how much weight you've lost, then post in the comments below your weight, and your goal weight (if you have one). At the end of the summer, we will ask you to comment your starting weight, ending weight, and what your goal weight was (once again, if you had one). & Then we will post a final quote on how everybody did.
