Chapter 1


I was walking to my locker when I heard my
name. "Scarlett, Scarlett!!"
I turned around to see my ex boyfriend Tyler. "Hey Tyler what's up?" He was leaning against the locker next to mine with the cutest smile on his face.
He is tall, tan, with brown hair that comes just above his ocean blue eyes. I
still had feelings for him even though I broke up with him. "Hello? Scarlett? Did yo even hear what I said?." I felt my face burn. "No. What?" He smiled noticing my red face "I asked if you want to come to my house tonight? We could study for the math test
tomorrow." I smiled and answered yes. "Great! meet me in school parking lot after school." He smiled and left just as the bell rang.

School went by so fast. I ran to the parking lot and saw Tyler's car. "Hey Scar." Man did he have the best smile. The car ride was silent the whole way. We finally got to his huge house. His house wasn't
exactly a mansion but it was pretty big. We went up to his room. I sat down on his bed and he just stared. I looked up into his eyes.
I felt myself start to lean in. We got closer and closer. Out of no were his phone rings. "uhh, its Mitch." I shook my head in approval for him to answer.
Mitch was my best guy friend. I used to like him before I went out with tyler but Mitch had a girlfriend. I hear Tyler talking in the other room. "Hey man whats up. Nah I can't I'm with Scarlett. Alright. Ok. See you tomorrow bye."
I heard the door open and I jumped of his bed. " Hey sorry about that. How about we study now."

After we were done studying he drove me home.
He walked me to my door. He started leaning in when my dad answered the door
"Oh Scar it's just you." My face turned red and I turned around to say bye to Tyler but he was already in his car.
Man I wish we would have kissed. I went to my room, put sweats and a tee on and went to bed.
