If you are seeing this, it means you havn't put your username in the links yet.  To do this, go to 'edit my profile.' Press the source button, then press 'Crtl F' on your key board.  That should bring up a box that says 'find' in the top left hand corner of your web page.  There, you can type in 'YOURUSERNAMEGOESHERE'  After dong that, it should highlight in your source box where those words are.  You need to delete the highlighted words, and replace them with your username.  Comprendo?  Make sure to put your correct user id in too.  That lets people follow you.  Your user id can be found next to your prfile picture on your profile, when it has no layout on it.  To find that on your profile, just type in 'USERID' in your 'find' box.
