Who said you have to be the one that's a size 0 with the hair
that's always perfect? Who said you have to be looking your
best every second?
Well what I have to say is you look your best when you think you
look your worst. People may call you fat, ugly , skinny , tall or
short they can use anything like that to bully you but you want
to know why they say that? It's because they are jealous.
They are jealous of your hair , your smile , you beauty , your
personality and most importantly who you are.
My best advice for you is show them they should be jealous show
them you can shine because when you feel good you look good.
So do me a favour and tomorrow don't dress your best and be
happy with the way you are. You were born for a
reason!

What you need :
Flour
honey
Hot towel.
What to do :
Add a small bit of flour into a bowl add a drop of honey and mix into a paste add honey and flour until you think it looks ok to put on your face.
Get your hot towel and put it on your face for 10 minutes
Apply the mask , leave for 15-30 minutes.

To get
smooth shiny hair :
Get olive oil(any cooking oil) and pour it our your head
about 5-10 mins before you go into the shower.
rinse when it comes to shampoo add a pinch of baking powder
not too much or it will dry your hair mix the shampoo and
baking powder together and use as normal then
condition.
