The Goodbye Kiss
Chapter 4

It was probably around ten when Emmett woke up, but he wasn't sure. He looked around he didn't see Luna anywhere. Emmett looked around, he thought she must've gone back to his house. But why would she go without waking him up? Emmett went up to his house. He asked his sister, Coraline if she had seen Luna. " Yea, she was here about an hour and half ago she got her phone and said she was going home." "Is that all?" Emmett asked. "Luna said for you to go over her house later.." "Okay, Thanks."
"Wait! Where did you and Luna go last night, I saw you and her go into the woods and she was crying..?" Emmett was quiet for a minute, "We were in the woods and we fell asleep that's all..." Then Emmett when to his room. He sat on his bed and thought about last night. He looked at the nightstand next to his bed. He smiled. There was a picture of him and Luna. It was taking last summer. Luna long blonde hair was blowing in the wind, her pink cheeks, her beautiful hazel eyes. Emmett's short brown hair, and his blue eyes. They looked so happy in that picture. Emmett remembered everything about that day they had such a good time. It was one of his favorite memories with Luna. Emmett took a shower, Then called Luna. She didn't answer. He rode his bike over to Luna's house. She wasn't there. Luna's mother answered the door. She asked "Where's Luna?" Emmett had a puzzled look on his face, "Didn't she come home about 2 hours ago?" "No, wasn't she with you I thought she stayed at your house last night." "Oh, she stayed but she left this morning before i woke up, she took her phone and talked to Coraline a little then she left, Luna said she was going home, and she wanted me to come by." "Well, Luna must've went somewhere else, she's always off doing something, Did you try to call her." "Yes but she didn't answer." Okay well she'll come home soon she couldn't have gone far." "I'll come back later to see if she's home. Thanks, Bye" "Bye Emmett." Emmett walked off. He was thinking where she had gone... He keep thinking as he was riding his bike home. Emmett walked into his house. "That was quick did you talk to Luna," asked Coraline. "No, she wasn't home" "Where'd she go?" "I don't know. Luna didn't go to her house this morning..."
Emmett started to worry.. a lot.

Chapter 3.

    Emmett and Luna were startled by the noise. It was Ron. He had been looking for Luna all night. Ron wanted to apologize, He realized it was stupid. What Ron didn't know is that Luna was falling for Emmett.
"I'm sorry I was stupid i want you back."
"No Ron we are NOT getting back together you didn't trust me!" Luna yelled.
""Luna it was stupid I'm sorry."
"NO! Ron get out of here i don't want to see you."
"Fine but if you change yo-" Luna cut him off.
"I won't."


Ron walked away. Emmett asked Luna if she was okay she said she was fine. But he could tell by her eyes she wasn't. Emmett kissed Luna on the forehead. Luna put her head on his shoulder. Emmett was running his fingers through Luna's hair.  Emmett had soo many thoughts going through his head. Should I tell her i like her should I wait.? Is there a right time? I don't know. I really don't. I'm going to ask her out right now. Emmett whispered "I really like you. Will you go out with me?" Luna didn't say a word. Emmett realized she was sleeping again. He sat there thinking. He almost loved Luna. What if she says no. All he could think about is her beautiful head on his shoulder. It was probally around 4 when he finally fell alseep thinking about Luna.

Chapter 2.

    Emmett was intensely making out with Luna. He started to un-button her shirt. Luna took off Emmett's shirt. Emmett whispered while taking a breathe from kissing "Are you sure?" Luna stared "I don't know..." It was silent for a minute.  "I'm sorry but we cant do this. Not now. I want to but not now i just broke up with him." Luna said. Emmett wasn't surprised he was shocked that Luna actually went this far with him. He had always had a crush on her. Emmett would have never admitted it though. He was so glad he got to kiss her though. They stayed in the woods and just talked. You could obviously see they were realizing that they actually liked each other. Luna fell asleep in the woods, Her head on Emmetts shoulder. He was still awake though. Emmett loved the way she looked. Luna looked so peaceful and beautiful while she slept thought Emmett. He was falling hard for her. It was 2 in the morning when Emmett and Luna woke up to hear noises in the woods.....

Prologue

       "I like you..."  That is the note Emmett found on the ground walking home from school. He knew it wasn't for him... no girl liked him. He was walking to his best friends house her name was Luna. They were best friends since the 3rd grade. They were in eighth grade. Everyone thought that they were together but they both knew that would never happen. Luna had a boyfriend Ron. Luna and Emmett loved each other like brother and sister and stood up for each other no matter what. But thats how they were. Everything was going good for everyone life is perfect but that night will change everything.
