Chapter One
Mary Sinclair's Point of View
For two years, I spent my days in high school being bullied, tormented and harassed. I was never perfect. Never popular. Never beautiful. Always hated. I was nothing but kind to the people around me, and in return, they treated me like dirt.
As my blood red convertible passed the sign reading: Welcome to Havenrose. An overwhelming feeling of anger and revenge washed over me. I gripped the steering wheel tighter, letting the thoughts of my revenge ease me. In my mind, I reviewed my plan: I was going to pretend to be a new student, get into the popular crowd, and let karma control me. Destroy those who destroyed me.
I ran away from town, changed my name, got plastic surgery, all for this. My parents thought I was
dead. I saw the funeral. I hid in the church. I snickered, thinking about this, I was a guest at my own funeral. I looked in my rearview mirror. I remembered when I looked like the old Mary Sinclair. Brown hair, green eyes, pimple-caked face. Now, I looked perfect. Pale blonde hair, icy blue eyes, and an amazing complexion.
At a red light, I stopped my car and took out a sugar-white sheet of paper in my pocket.
To-Do List
- Enroll myself in Havenwood Private Academy as new student.
- Become popular.
- Ruin the lives of Dean Rywood, Chloe Prince, Hayley Durkin, Ryan Seas, and others.
- Kill anyone who gets in my way.
Spare no one.
The light turned green, and I slid my sunglasses onto my face.
"Goodbye Mary Sinclair, Hello Amanda Cave."

She was a kind-hearted girl, and her disappearance shook the
small town of Havenrose. No one knew what to think of this and
just the thought of the gentle and harmless girl being dead, disturbed
many people. But though Mary had a caring heart, that doesn't mean
she was treated kindly back. She went through bullying, harassment,
and torment. The first two years of high school were a living hell.
But no one thought this had effected her. Everyone just thought
she had been doomed to a disturbing fate. But everyone was wrong.
Mary is back. In a whole new layer of skin, literally, and she's going to
pay all the b*tches, haters, and jerks a visit. And do what they did to her
two years ago.
Make their lives, a living hell.
