i noticed you're struggling to become 'skinny' before school.

and i noticed that you're already so skinny.

and i know that people are telling you to eat,

but i also know that when you're in a mind set to starve yourself and to not eat that you won't. and for someone to tell you to "just eat" is kind of rude.

i'm just going to tell you that starving yourself is really unhealthy, and there are easier, much safer ways than starving that will help you lose weight. you could eat a healthy, balanced diet and exercise.

i hope that you do realise how harmful starving can be, because you can be hospitalized for undernourishment, and you may have many more problems that follow. i'm hoping you'll realise that.

no one deserves to feel as if they need to starve to be pretty. everyone's beautiful the way they are.
