Chapter two

"Is that who i think it is?" i managed to blurt out to Gorgeene.

"I think that is the new girl!" she exclaimed.

"No, really? Obviously!" i hissed back.

i could hear whispers from around the hallway. Lacy started walking and as she walking towards all of us, everyone made a pathway.

"Umm... Gorgeene?" i asked.

"Yes?" she replied.

"Is it just me, or did everyone just clear the way for her?"

"Everyone cleared a path,whats wrong with that?" she asked confused.

"Whats wrong with that? They don't even do that for me! This girl has to have something wrong with her!"

"Or it's just because she's new, gorgeous, perfect and mysterious? Anyways, i have to get to class, talk to you at break" she said in a rushed tone.

we said our quick good byes and left for class. I had to use the washroom, so i asked to leave the classroom to go. Lacy was standing in there staring at herself in the mirror.

"Hey!" she said.

"Hi" i replied.

"So i heard that you are the most popular?" she asked.

"Well i guess you could say that since it's like everyone bows down to me" i said hesitating.

"Wanna know something?" She asked.

"What?" i replied.
 
She grabbed me and her expression darkened,

"My understand is that you are the most popular, and if thats true you wont be for long. I have always been the most popular and if you get in my way i will hurt you. got it?"

"Y-yes" i stuttered.

"Good." She replied, sounding almost satisfied with what she had said.

"One more thing" she said smacking me across the face,

"Don't say one word to your little friend about what is going on in here."

"Okay" i managed to squeak,

she re-applied her lip gloss, brushed her fingers through her perfect long blonde hair, and then she left. wow what a b*tch, i thought to myself. I had to get her out of here. How? i didn't know. But what i did know, is that she is dangerous to all my friends. How would i get her out? I had no clue. But it would have to be alone.

Chapter One

*BEEP---BEEP---BEEP* i groaned as i got out of bed, smacking ym alarm clock on the way. I turned my straightener on.

"DAMN IT!" i hissed.

I burnt myself on my straightener. I got to my closet and changed. I decided to go with my white cardigan, a gray tank top, and black skinny jeans. Then i went to my shoe closet and picked my zebra print heels. I added a scarf, my brown bag, and a simple ring. Next was my make-up.

When I ws done getting ready, i ran downstairs.

"Kaylee, come get your lunch. Your late for school! You have to wake up earlier or else i am going to take your phone!"

"Okay mom! Why do you have to threaten me all the time?"

"Because if i don't, then you won't do what i ask."

I was about to walk out the door when i felt a thud against my head.

"WHAT THE F*CK!?"

"Kaylee, watch you mouth! And eat that on the way to school."

"Fine."

At school, Gorgeene met up with me.

"Have you heard about the new girl Lacy Mereau?" Gorgeene asked.

"No i haven't, but i bet you she will try and become besties with me though. And besides, if she is one of those girls that think they are the best, I will ruin her reputation." I said flicking my hair backwards.

We got to our lockers. I looked up just in time to see her. The perfect hair, perfect body, perfect EVERYTHING. I gasped,

"Oh god."

there was the new girl standing like she was a queen looking down at her peasents. I bet it was Lacy Mereau.

" Why does karma have to be such a b*tch?" i whispered.

Preface:

She was perfect. As she walked into the school everyone stopped and stared. None of us have seen her before or even thought that we would ever see a girl like this. She was clearly rich, with the most expensive clothes in the school. I was always the perfect one. The richest one. But now? Who knows what i will be to these people. Maybe i will still be up there, but i doubt it. A pathway was cleared for her. At that moment, I realized that i would have to compete with her to become the one that everyone wanted to be. I think that my biggest nightmare has just begun.
