My advice is if you want to GAIN some pounds and can't seem to gain anything, ask around or Google how to gain some weight
If you want to LOSE weight, work out. I do 100+ sit-ups and 120+ squats a day but there's a lot of other work-outs you can do. I only do those two because I don't want to lose my butt or boobs!
