well first of all, and the most important. You have to ask yourself-enough is enough. Why do I do this? Is it worth it? I'm not accomplishing ANYTHING with this. It's stupid. Look at your scars. You only have problems because of them. Try doing something else instead- like dancing, or cleaning your room. Or writing a story.
