Hi! I read that you have trich, I do too! Hun, just know you're not alone and there are so many trichsters out there. One in fifty people have trichotillomania, it's crazy to think that so many people have it, yet you feel so alone, but don't. If you ever want to vent about it, I'm here. I also have another witty called trichotillomania_trich check it out? I have my whole story on there and everything :)

the sad things is you usually can't. I know I'm barging in, but I have it too. I've had it for almost 5 or 6 years now, and I still can't stop. stop tricks to help keeping the pulling to a minimum are wearing gloves, tying your arm to your pants with the belt loops, knitting, playing piano and also silly putty, stress dolls, tangles, etc.
