ch.7
"Suck a
long day!" I say to Allen, his hand in mine. we were
inseparable now. although basketball season was just around
the corner , we were making every last second count.
"well how was school baby?"
"good, good, ya know lunch was nasty, but how can i
compline." i say smiling and laughing.
we have been dating for more then 5 months, the best so far.
school then work at the coffee shop then home where i get
ready and out of my work cloths and get ready to go see
Allen.

"Go fish." Allen says with a sly smile on his face,
i go and grab a card out of the mess we made with them in the
center of the porch table. the only light from the row of
lights leading down the walk way from Allens house to the
ocean. the beautiful crashing of the waves the smooth mist
filling the air.
"dinner!" we both look at each other than up at the
door way, looking at Taylor, Allens sister looking back at
us.
"come on, we are going out to eat NOW, quit sucking
face"
i just laugh, although "sucking face" is fun, i
like the ewwy gewwy, smoochy smoochy stuff too.
we all get in the car, Taylor , Jessie , Allen and me. Rachel
driving us to Phillips. where you could gain 10 pounds and
they don't care, the best place in town.
as soon as we get there we all pill out of the red G6. Allen
opend the door for me and we all fell in to the diner. i turn
my head to find Janelle there too, sitting with Landon,
and... the rest of the peppy cheerleaders. All the girls who
i hate, so does Taylor, but as soon as they see Jessie, who
is the only cheerleader Taylor and i can stand she runs right
over there to sit with them.
"Come on guys!"Jessie says waving in our direction,
Janelle looked right at me, she knows i hate them all and yet
she still sits with them.
She looked at me one last time and rolled her eyes, i look
and turn around and leave the Phillips, slamming the door
behind me. i hear Allen follow me out but i was just so mad
to even trun around to look at him, i walk all the way to my
grams, who lived just down the street and over the bridge
from the diner. i walked inside trying so heard to hold back
my tears, but once i shut the door it hit me, she was
betraying me for them.
my book is really chapter 6 * not 5 , sorry.

ch.5
Even if the human race depended on
it, i did not want to get up today. School will always be there
but my life will always change.
I pull the covers off me, like peeing away warm skin. i look to
my phone, i have 3 texts from Allen.
"baby"
"come snuggle, i miss you"
"ill pick you up for school at 8 ok?"
it was already 6:45, i jump out of bed and get in the shower,
the water so warm.
by the time 7:30 rolls around i was all ready. i got my bag and
a notebook.

Allen pulls up and beeps a few times. i run out of my house the
door slamming behind me, the grass damp for it is still
morning
"well morning beauty"
"hi, how are you" i say getting into the car.
"great." he says leaning to kiss me, i turn my head
and he gets my cheek. i don't know why i am so scared to
kiss him, he will be my first kiss and the last thing i want to
do it make a fool of my self and i want it to be special.
the whole ride we just sit in silence, with his hand on my
upper leg. the school came into sight and i got this feeling in
my belly.
"don't be scared, its just school." Allen says ,
noticing my face or fear.
"i k-know. just its the first day," i say back ,
letting out a sigh.
"well get ready baby."
we pulled up to a parking space , just outside the gym
doors.
"ok, how about we meet here after school and we can go
somewhere?"
"sounds good." i say.
i grab the handle to the car door, but a hand grabbed it, Allen
grabbed my face, looking right into my eyes, he leans his head
in and kisses me. i close my eyes and we sit there for a moment
, lips to lips. it was wonderful, at least i did it
right.

ch. 4
he looked right into my eyes, my
heart was keep skipping a beat.
"h-hey" I said, stuttering from my nerves.
He gave me a smile, teeth hidden from his orange, shinny
braces. How could someone be so cute, yet i really didn't
even know him.
"I'm Allen, ya know," he says rubbing the back of
his neck, "I'm sorry i spilled that drink on you, i
should of been more careful"
"thanks" i say. "no big deal"
he gave me a smile.
"so what is your name?"
"im Autumn," i say with a giggle.
"well Autumn, would you like to go for a walk with
me?"
"I would love that"

the beach sand was cold as my feet move along, the ocean waves
sneaking up grabbing my ankles.
"So Autumn," Allen says,
"Allen" i say, i have only known him for an hour
& we have said but 2 sentences to each other.
"how about i give you a ride home" Allen says
awkwardly to me.
"um that would be great, thanks"i give him a
week smile. He already want to bring me home! what did i
do?

we walk back to the beach bash, everyone is till drinking &
dancing. Janelle is with Landon and Paige was with a boy i
didn't know. Allen walks over to his friends, with in
seconds he is right back to my side.
He puts his shirt on then a sweat shirt. I was cold too.
"so where do you live?" Allen asks.
"down the street from the cafe"
he gives me a nod and pulls out of the beach parking lot. We
just kind of sat there the whole time.
"that is my street!" i say looking as Allen just
drives right by it.
"i know" he says looking at me out of the corner of
his eyes. "I thought maybe we could... keep going for
awhile, i don't want to say goodbye just yet"
a smile traveled across my face.

we pull into the burger place, Allen leaves me in the car as he
fades into the place. just as i look up i see him come out with
a big box, filled with burgers and fry. he gets into the car,
grabs a hand full of frys and back out and we get back on the
road.
"Now where are we going?" i ask
"um its a secret," he says to me a sly smirk across
his face.
For the longest time we just sit, Allen taking some frys now
and then.
"Ya know i have been going crazy trying to find you"
Allen says, turning his head to my direction.
"you have?" i ask,
"yes, you are all i have been thinking about Autumn, i
have been trying to find out your name, find out how i could
find you."he says, grabbing my knee. i just looked at him,
shocked, how could feel so strong for me.
He pulled the car up to the side of the road,
"where are we?"
"come on" he says grabbing the food.
i get out of the car, i follow him over to the cliff.
"here we are" he says sitting down, his legs dangling
off the cliff, patting the ground next to him, so i sit.
the sun starts to get, the amazing pinks and oranges cover the
sea. just the Allen leans over and touches my chin softly
moving my head so we were an inch apart, a small smile comes on
his face and he moves his head in and just then our lips touch,
my heart stops and he pulls me in. I don't want this moment
to end.
ch. 3
It was werid to think that school was just a few days away, the summer has gone by so fast, and i still have no clue who the boy at the party was.
"what are you going to wear Autumn?" paige says to me, she hits me,for i was in a daze.
"um , i dont know really."
"well did you even go shoping yet?"
"no"
"well better hurry, all the cute stuff will be gone" paige says flipping to the next page in her magizine.
paige knew all the good styles. I always loved her cloths, she would always make an impression the first day of school.

The mall was loud. people everywere, the stors pack full ofpeople and childeren running up and down the walk way. I loved getting new cloths, just not for school. theres is never a fitting room avalible and the cute stuff is picked over.
"ok so you need all new cloths so when you find out who that boy is, he thinks your hot," Janelle says to me.
"Thanks. i thought i had cute cloths, guess not"
"Autumn, we dont know who he is, what kind of girl he likes," Janelle says to me , sturn voice.
"He smiled at me," i say ."that might mean something"
"yes" she says, "you were also wearing what me and Paige picked out for you, so you need our kind of style"
she was right like always.
The mall got a lot quiter after 7 , so Janelle and I just walked around for the remaing hour. my hands full of bags filled with cute cloths, only the best Janelle says.

i get home at around ten from Janelles,the house was dark. My mom had a summer job all the way up in new york, my dad was always out with his friends , coming home crack of dawn druck , peeing himself into bed, He was never around.
i cralwed into bed, then my phone goes off, Paige was calling me.
"hello?"
"AUTUMN, WHERE ARE YOU!" she says to me, yelling over the loud music.
"home! like normal people" i say sacasticly, then i remember it was the end of summer bead bash. Every year all the kids would go down to the beach; drink, smoke, dance, all the things i hate most.
"I JUST SAY YOUR BOY!" she says , i sit up in a quic and fast motion. "HES HERE WITH ALL THE BASKETBALL PLAYERS ! THEY JUST GOT HERE! YOU STILL HAVE TIME , ITS THE LAST NIGHT BEFORE SCHOOL , COME DOWN AND MEET HIM!"
it would be great to meet him, to finaly know his name.
"be right there"i say , jumping out of bed.

"hey come pick me up ! lets go to the beach bash!" i say to Janelle.
"im there , just got here, i dont want to go get you."
"why didnt you pick me up when you were leaving your place"
"Autumn , not your thing."
" so, come get me right now!"
"ok be there in 5" Janelle says, the sound of her car door shutting slaming in the back ground"
i fluff my hear which i put into curls and spray my new purfume i got today and pucker my lips and kiss the air. I was so ready to show my self to the boy, he was perfict.

As soon as we got to the parking lot i was out of the car.
"slow your roll Aud. we have all night," she says , very subductily. I took out a big breath and began to walk with Janelle.
The beach was plasterd with red cups and beer cans. The beach has a vollyball section and a surf section and a basketball section, and the second i look i see the jock. he looked so cute with he shorts on , no shirt, perfict body.
"hurry up already," Janelle says to me as she gives me a shove.
i start to walk and Paige runs right to me.
"you going to talk to him?" she asks
"Um hum," i say nodding my head. my legs can hardly move and then i reach the basketball cort paiges leaves my side and he looks right at me, my stomach feels like its all the way in my mouth. he walks right up to me.

the floor of paiges room is cold to the touch.
i sit up, grabbing my pounding head. all i could think about is the cute jock. the sight of Landon in paiges bed makes me take a step back, but it was Janelle in the bed not Paige. thank gosh.
i walk down stairs , paiges home is like my second home. i spend more time here then at my own house. i call paiges mom lulu. she is always there for me.
the sweet smell of bacon is sensational from the kitchen, i enter. going right to the plates.
i walk over and see paige and lulu enjoying eggs and toast.
"well well have fun last nigh? you girls where out late! haha"
"um yeah , haha , how was your night out with mr.dave? nice?"
"you girls crack me up"lulu says to me getting up offering me a seat.
i look at paige, she gives me a look, i know lulu dosent even know Landon up there.
"don't say a word." Paige says to me in a low whisper.

me and Paige go back up stairs, as soon as we walk into paiges room , we see Janelle all over Landon. there lips wet.
"JANELLE!"Paige says to Janelle.
she stops what shes doing and looks annoyed at us.
"what the hell are you doing ! you know we cant have boys up here" i say
"calm down , he was just leaving ."
"well hurry up , my mom will blow up and ground me forever" Paige says.
Janelle and Landon say there goodbyes as me and Paige awkwardly stand there, the Landon crawls threw the window, the he was gone.

we get dressed and get in the car. the coffee shop is just down the street so we go there before school, but today was just a "pick me up" kind of day.
we sit in the booth that we carved our names into , all the way in the back.
"so, who was the kid at the party?" Janelle asks me .
really i didet even know."um i don't know"
"you didn't get a name ? number ? anything?"
"no?"i say.
Janelle shakes her head in disappointment
i never had as much "swag" with boys as she did, she always had a way to get them and keep them, but sometimes change them.
