occasionally, they do. i work at walmart and the other day a customer asked to apply for a credit card. i told her i didnt know how to do that and that id ask my manager to come help me. she was like "it says on the paper to ask any cashier to help you. you should know how to do that if thats what it says here." well, noboby has asked in the 2 years ive worked there so i dont know how!

Yes!!! it's like they expect us to know where everything is and I'm like... I'm stuck up here all day and I don't spend my free time perusing the store. And I hate when I'm walking through like, electronics to go to my break and people ask me about their camera or something and im just like... idk lol.

eh, I do to an extent lol. It gets repetative really fast. And whenever people are in a hurry and in a bad mood, it puts me in a bad mood, too
