well here’s the next part!
Drake punched John right in the face. John fell down and grabbed his face, I could see that it was bleeding. He got up and ran away.
“Drake!” I yelled. “Why did you do that?!”
“You are my girl. No one is ever going to kiss you but me. I love you, and I never want to lose you.” He said to me and looked straight into my eyes.
“I love you too Drake.. And you’re never going to lose me.” I said to him and kissed him.
He kissed me back, but harder. We started making out and I was so lost in the moment that I didn’t realize that we were standing on a sidewalk of a semi-busy road. Someone honked and yelled “Get a room!” That was when I pulled away, but Drake just pulled me closer to him and he walked me back to my house with his arm around my waist.
When I got home, Drake kissed me and said good-bye. He said he would be back later, but I don’t really know what he meant because it was already about 7:30. It would be too late for him to come back later. I walked inside and made myself some dinner. I made grilled cheese with tomato soup, one of my favorites. Then I got a text from Annie.
Annie: PAY! mom and dad are fighting.. its really bad. any chance i can stay the night?
Me: yesssss. come over as soon as you can
I yelled to my mom who was upstairs cleaning.
“Mom! Annie is going to sleep over tonight, her parents are fighting again!”
“Okay, hun. No problem!”
About 5 minutes later there was a knock at the door and Annie came in. She told me that her parents had gotten in a really bad fight and that she just couldn’t stay home any longer tonight. We got some food and put The Notebook on. It was mine and Annie’s “secret addiction”. It was both of our favorite movies, we just didn’t like to tell people that.
We were about halfway through the movie, laying in my bed when there was suddenly a knock on my window and it opened and Drake popped his head in.
“Good evening, ladies. May I come in? I brought some candy.” He said with a smile on his face.
“Eh, I guess. But just because you have candy.” Said Annie jokingly.
We all laughed and then Drake lost his balance and fell into my room which made us laugh even harder.
We all sat and finished watching The Notebook, we were all really tired and Drake was just about to go home when there was another knock on the window.
