Why can't I just be happy with the way I look

Me: *Wakes up*
Me: *2 hours later*
Me: *Gets out of bed*

Me: *2 hours later*
Me: I'm tried
Me: *Goes back to bed*

I absolutley hate when girls say they want a guy who doesn't care what they look like and will love them for them BUT the boy has to be completely perfect with perfect hair, perfect body, perfect personality, PERFECT EVERYTHING!! I am so sick of these stupid double standards

Ok so I need some advice...

So kinda like this guy and I think he might be interested in me
BUT my friend likes him also (she liked him first)
WHAT DO I DO!!!?!?!?
Should I just pretend I don't like him or hope she never finds out, or...?
HELP!
God I'm such a terrible friend

p.s- it's not like I started flirting with him every chance I got after I found out she liked him, it kinda just happened

I just can not get over
why you of all people lied to me
I thought we were the type of friends who could tell eachother everything and anything

 

 

And sometimes I wonder what it must be like to have a
