At then end of the week, your friend must go to a car dealership with the false intention of buying a car. You do the same as well, at the same time, but at a different dealership. You both pick the exact same car to test drive, and go to the same place AT THE SAME TIME, preferably somewhere where there won't be a ton of people. Once there, you take out the foam weapons, toss them to the salespeople, tell them to fight to the death and that you'll buy a car from whoever lives.

I'm against bullying an everything, but I don't see what this does for your project, and personally, I don't think bullying is really an issue you can stop. Every kid who's ever gone to school has been told from the first day that bullying is bad, but people still do it. I don't know of a single bully who has ever heard stories of kids commiting suicide because of bullying, and they decide "Oh, this is bad, I'm not going to do it anymore." There may be people in the world who have done that, but bullying is still something that no one is ever going to be able to 100% stop. It's like asking every person not to judge everyone else.
