I have a (very weak) form of schizofrenia, sometimes I hear voices in my head, and my own reasoning becomes fuzzy and vague, and then I always do what the voices tell me. Even if it'bad. I always feel sorry afterwards off course, but I think I can relateto you. I haven't had an episode of my illness in 8 months though. as I said, it's very weak, and it doesn't happen that often. I understand, and I feel sorry for you. You can't help it, and it's not your fault, justremember that, ok? I've been in a sort of hospital for a few months, until they decided I was no longer a danger to people, as long as I got checked every 2 weeks. Maybe you'll go home too one day. Just try to do what the doctors say, and stay strong, you'll get out of there, and make new friends, people who don't care about that. You are a good and kind person, I'm sure of it. You just need to find a way to control the illness, or whatever it is exactly, and the doctors can help you find it. You'll get better, just keep on believing, ok?

thanks. the thing is I can't remember doing I do. I dont know how to stop then because when it's happening it's like I can't control my body and kind of a haze and then afterwards I never really understand what happened and someone has to explain it to me. I nearly killed this girl once like that and then when I had calmed down and started thinking again I felt so guilty. I guess I would always be scared that even if nothing had happened for years I would end up killing someone, that girl was in hospital for two months. I can't even look at her now without hating myself. she has a big scar on her left cheek and I dont think she will ever forgive me. her room is just up my corridor. I avoid her every day. I can't do that again. maybe in a way it is better that im in here, it means the people know who I am and what I might do. I think that if I ever did leave I would get so scared.
