aww thnx. i have friends who are atheist and others who call themselves nonreligious, which is not that they dont believe but more they dont know or care. while i am very religious i respect those who believe differently. we have free will.

but lets change the topic to music b/c i love talking about music

First of all, Witty is a place for people to express their feelings about whatever is on their mind. Some people write about their feelings for a certain boy, or about a celebrity. My comment is no different. I'm expressing my feelings about God. I'm not infringing on anyone's rights, I'm just expressing my feelings. I don't get why people can write whatever they want, but when you bring up religion, its like WW3? I think it's sad that there are people who don't believe in God. I also think that you're right - it is dangerous when people follow, but only if they follow blindly. I can think for myself and make my own decisions, I just choose to make my decisions based on what the Bible says and what I think God would want me to do.

oo i had missed her comments i had only read the comment. on her comments i totally agree with you. i am personally very religious, however, i believe that to get into Heaven you only have to live your live as best as possible and be a good person, whether you believe or not. so even though u dont believe i personally believe that you will make it b/c you sound like someone who is very nice :) .i also agree with your quote that you should live your life for you and no one else. just for me i feel that Jesus is a part of me so therefore He factors into my life.

how was she infringing on other people's rights? all she said was that she loved jesus. she has the right to say so. witty is for talking about ur life and feelings. for those of us who believe in God, He's a part of our life therefore we may post about him. she wasnt trying to make anyone believe, she just said she does and wanted to know who else does.
