What else is new? I feel like my best friend is slipping out
of my grasp like grains of sand slipping out between your
fingers at the beach. I made a mistake, a huge mistake. Now I
have to deal with the guilt and regret for every minute,
every second, of my day. What I did did not just

Chapter Two: Saturday, September 6th

Whoops.. didn't realize Sims was so addictive. i just played for seven hours straight... I'm just the coolest. Ugh this week pretty much sucked. Guess who is in legitimately ALL my classes? Amber Roslyn, bitchiest girl on the block. Ugh, I would cut off every strand of her swishy red hair if I could. I did in kindergarten, then she squirted glue all over my new converse and we were both sentenced to a week of time outs. That's when we first became enemies, then in 3rd grade she got her little army of clones-Jessie walker, Stephanie James, Alexis Oliver, and Madison Garcia to join in on our (mostly) verbal war. The Fab Five, they called themselves. Ugh, could they be anymore cheesy? Anyways, Topher wasn't even HERE this week, his flight from Hawaii back to Seattle was canceled. He won't be back until next Tuesday. Joy to the world. The only way I ever survive school these days is with the help of my three best friends. My girl best friends are Laurel Blaine and Skylar Milton. Laurel's about 4'9 with blinding blue hair and too many piercings to keep track of. Everyone thinks shes scary, but she's just a girl with a passion for body jewelry. Now Skylar is the total opposite of all of us. She could probably fit in with the fab five minus the fact that she's the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. She's got long blonde hair, big boobs, and a passion for the color pink. The reason she's in our group is because in 5th grade she was the new girl, and back then she was awkward with a pixie haircut. No one would talk to her except us. Skylar instantly clicked with all four of us and the rest is history. Then there's my guy best friend, Chaz Marshall, who is, quoting Mean girls, (No, I have not seen mean girls, but Chaz has.) almost too gay to function. He's tall and skinny with floppy blonde Justin Bieber hair. He likes to wear those big nerd glasses, but he really doesn't need them so he just pops out the lenses. I think it's stupid, but he loves it. Me, Laurel, Chaz, Skylar, and Topher are the nerdy group in our school. And I couldn't be happier with them. ♥
