                            i miss
waking up at 6 am just to watch cartoons. when shorts were down to your knees, not up your butt. when school was finger painting and learning the alphabet. when the worst thing you could do was stick your tonge out at someone. when crap was a bad word. when drinking meant having a juice box. when getting high meant swing up high on a swingset. when you would play outside until it got dark. when video games were gameboys. when hanging out was called a playdate. when boys had cooties. when if a boy liked you they would chase you at recess. when full house was the absolutely best show. when reading wasfun. when reading was when someone read to you. when you didnt just become friends with someone you asked them if they wanted to be friends. when the hardest math was 2+2. when tag was the best ga,e ever. whem swaetpants were called swishy pants. when getting ready for school meant brushing your hair, putting on a tshirt and sweatpants and eating breakfast. when the only thing worth crying over was a scraped knee.when drama didnt exist.
i miss being a kid.
