Me: Sorry I didn't text you back, I didn't see that you texted me.
Him: It's okay, I was just resting, I'm so tired.
Me: Sleep!
Him: But then I can't text you

just happened :D

I don't know where you're going
and I don't know why,

but listen to your heart
before you tell him
goodbye

Good people give you happiness,
bad people give you experience.

Bring on the night,
I'm ready to drink.
I don't want to fight,
I don't want to think.

relationships are like drugs,

they either kill you or give you the best feeling of your life.

She finds it cute when he makes weird faces,
She finds it adorable when he plays with younger siblings,
She finds it hot when he’s being serious,
She finds it brave when he cries in front of her,
She finds it funny when he’s having bromance with his boys,
She finds it heartwarming when he shows he cares,

She finds it strange how all of these things made her fall for him.

Overnight Sensation; Chapter Three

“So where are you from?” Kara asked me as we entered the lunch line. There were too many people to even breathe. I pulled out a fruit salad from one of the small bars as we walked past. Kara grabbed a piece of pizza and some fries. “I’m really not from anywhere in particular” I laughed once, smiling at her briefly while I wiggled my way through a group of underclassmen to grab a fork. Kara followed at my side, eyes curious. “What are you, a gypsy?” She laughed softly while we made our way into the line to pay for our food. Luckily there was only one other person in front of us. The least crowded area of this low ceiling, white and maroon walled lunch room. I rolled my eyes teasingly while I handed over my money to the lunch lady with a smile and a thank you. Kara followed my lead and then started to walk towards her table. She slowed, wanting to know what I meant by my last statement. Her light eyes were questioning still. We set our things down at a table. I took my time getting comfortable. “My dad is in the Army. I’ve moved almost every year since I was six” I shrugged while opening my plastic container. I stabbed my fork into a piece of yellow pineapple. I swallowed slowly. “Are you kidding me?” She looked completely amazed. I shook my head barely while opening my ice tea. I twisted the cap and put the neck of the bottle to my lips. “Tell me where you’ve lived” “Just list them?” I questioned while swallowing my drink. She nodded, eager to hear. I thought about it for a few moments before listening. “Missouri, Texas twice, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, England, California, Arkansas, Washington State, Georgia, Florida, Arizona, and now I’m here.” Her mouth hung ajar as I counted on my fingers. Once I was done, I thought it over and nodded once, knowing I listed all the places I had been. She was astonished when I was finished. “Where was your favorite?” She asked, I shrugged again. I’ve been doing that a lot lately. “I really don’t have one” “Don’t have one, what?” Rian sat down at the table next to Kara. He kissed her temple lightly and grinned towards me. “Hi Stella” “Stella’s lived in England before” Kara stated to her boyfriend, amazement still in her voice. Rian raised his eyebrows at me, I nodded once, explaining it to him. Watching Kara’s facial expressions was slightly entertaining. “Look who we’ve got here” I involuntarily cringed at the sound of the voice that was in my ear. I was still not sure why that voice bugged me so much. It was that boy from music class. “Oh, Stella this is-“ Rian began to introduce us when Jack jumped in, sliding into the seat across from me with a large grin. He pulled out a bagged lunch in his hands, his bright blue zip up like a blur with his swift movements. “Stella, you’re sitting with us?!” He grinned. “Looks like you’ve all already met” Kara smiled at me. I rolled my eyes and glanced towards Alex has he dug into his hot lunch. Whatever they made that day didn’t look too terrible. But he was eating like an animal. “Unfortunately” I muttered under my breath. Alex swallowed and looked up at me with a smirk. I redirected my attention at Jack as he began to speak. “So what did Alex and I miss?” He glanced around the table, like something insanely exciting occurred for the five minutes that he wasn’t here. I smiled slightly while forking another piece of fruit. “Stella informed us she is an Army brat” Rian engaged conversation while stealing a fry off of Kara’s tray. She slapped his hand lightly, laughing quietly. “Oh really, where have you lived?” Alex joined into the conversation; Kara had a smile on her lips. “She lived in England at one point” She started eyebrows rising. Alex’s grin grew and he chuckled lightly. I stared between the both of them, unsure. “I was born there” He mused, swallowing his lunch. I felt the connections click in my head. “That’s where the alcohol comment came from this morning” I nodded, finally understanding. He smiled and shrugged slightly, shoulders falling back lazily. “That, and it’s a good pickup line” He smiled playfully. I rolled my eyes. “I may be new, but not in a million years” I laughed once, unable to hold in that comment. His eyes sparkled with the challenge. Brown eyes having a glow to them as he sipped his water. “Well see, Stella” He winked at me while putting the bottle to his lips, I rolled my eyes and stuck another piece of strawberry into my mouth. This was going to be a long semester.

Overnight Sensation; Chapter Two

Classes were the same as they always were when I entered a new school, they never really changed. I would walk into class one minute late, 15 sets of eyeballs would look up at me with such fascination it was as if I was the rarest animal walking into their backyard, and the teacher awkwardly stands up and introduces me to the front of the class. They would make me sit at a desk in either the front row, or with desks open all around me so either way I would look like an idiot. It was the worst. By the time that I was about to go to my last class before lunch, I was relieved to see that it was my advanced music class, the only class on my whole schedule that I actually wanted to take. I loved music, and I loved that I was decent at it. There was just a way that I could get lost when I played the piano, how happy I felt. That was the only thing that never changed when I moved from place to place, music was my one and only real home. When I entered the music department, you could tell that they had the walls patted with sound proof cork. The ceilings were taller, and the rooms were bigger to hold more students. I finally walked all the way to the room 275, and I let out a big sigh of relief. I knew I was late, and I knew I would have to go through the same awkward moment that I had for the first two previous classes I had been in. I was already sick of it, honestly. The room was a decent size, it had tall ceilings and white walls that had maroon and navy blue painted in different shapes of instruments. It was cheesy, but the equipment that the school supplied was beautiful to say the least. There were stands set up, and bleachers set up for chorus class, musical instruments were tucked against the walls, and the grand piano sat off to the side. The class was all ready getting started, so when I finally stopped gawking, I realized that people were staring. I felt my face flush red with embarrassment. “You must be Stella, take a seat anywhere” I heard a voice enter from across the room. A man that looked to be in his thirties walked out, small black facial hair and black hair. His glasses were fixed upon his nose perfectly. I hesitantly made my way to the back of the room; there were no desks in here. There were rows and columns of chairs. So I sat down in a far desk, hoping I could sink into the chair. “Guys, this is Stella. Stella the class won’t bite, I promise” The teacher grinned. I smiled wearily back as he chuckled “I’m Mr. Moore if you have any questions. I’m hoping that someone will inform Stella what we are doing today” He glanced over the entire class with his eyebrows raised before turning slowly on his heel to his desk in the corner of the room. I watched the students around me being to bring out all of their binders. No one really had jumped on the idea of helping out the new girl. This is a first for me; normally people are up my butt about getting to know the “mystery girl”. I looked up to the groups of students once again, eyes begging for an explanation. I really didn’t want to have to go tell that teacher not a single person wanted to help me. I felt uncomfortable until I saw two pairs of eyes watching me from the front seats of the classroom. They were both twisted around, legs still facing forward while they bent their backs. Both of their stares made my ears go hot. I looked down at my bag once again, pulling out my black binder for the class. I pulled out a pencil and sighed, might as well do something while I’m stuck in this room alone. “Hottest new girl we’ve ever had” A raspy voice was hovering over my head. I jumped at the sound, eyes flashing upwards towards the two boys standing over me. They were both very easy on the eyes, the one to my left had longer black hair, and his light brown eyes were innocent as he smiled down at me. “Excuse me?” My eyes darted towards the other boy; his light brown hair was streaked with bleach blonde pieces throughout it. It was longer, and hung in front of his eyes. He had this wicked smirk on his mouth, and right from the beginning I knew that he was trouble. “What’s your name?” He questioned, pulling up a chair next to me. He set the chair backwards, resting his arms on the back of the seat, legs straddling the chair. I raised my eyebrows at him briefly, crossing my legs once, rubbing the legs of my skinny jeans. The other boy took a seat next to me as well, sitting in the chair normally, elbows resting on his thighs. “I’m Jack” The one with black hair grinned at me, he stuck out his hand towards me. I took it hesitantly and nodded once in responds. His long fingers were so much bigger than mine. “Stella” I answered back, bearing him a smile with my lips. “Stella like the beer?” The dirty blonde questioned while raising his eyebrows back at me. I rolled my eyes, shaking my head. “Oh yes, my father is an English drinker, he named me after an alcohol” I teased sarcastically, tone just biting enough to let this guy know I wasn’t playing his flirting games. “Feisty!” Jack smirked happily, getting entertainment from my comment. My sarcasm was something that I never really held back on. “Hot and snappy, I like it” The dirty blonde smiled devilishly. His eyes were the color of black coffee, the pupil almost disappeared but you could see the brown in there if you looked hard enough. He stuck out his hand towards me slowly; I reached towards him and shook his hand lightly. I tried to ignore how soft his skin was. “I’m Alex” His thumb grazed the top of my hand softly. I pulled my hand away abruptly, disgusted with his bold moves. I rolled my eyes for what it felt like the million time while running my fingers through my hair once. “So what are we supposed to be doing?” I positioned myself towards Jack, changing the subject quickly. He pulled out his binder from a very thin backpack and began talking about a piece that we needed to perform next week. And the whole time, I could feel Alex’s deep coffee colored eyes on me, staring at me like future prey.
