You don't need to loose weight at all,but if you want to loose weight and stay HEALTHY. Key word is HEALTHY then just go outside for a jog 30 minutes a day. Don't.starve.yourself. Eat when you're hungry and you'll be fine(:

He was basically my best friend and he got diagnosed with cancer the day after i came home from camp and everyone decided because i was the closest to him, they would leave it up to me to decide what was best for him considering he could no longer speak and was suffering tremendously and sooner or later we would just need to end his suffering, so it kind of came to an agreement to end it sooner. not a day goes by I don't think about him, ino it's not my fault but it just seems like there was something i could have done, but the day the final decision was made, he couldn't eat, drink, go to the bathroom, hold his head up, or even open his eyes. Thats when we knew it wasn't good at all.

I hate that too. My brother always says things like that. " Oh please, it can't be that bad" and "COME ON suck it up and deal." Like he feels everyone else's pain too. Who cares if it could be worse. That never cheers anyone up. Just makes me feel worse, idk about you.

My dad and i were talking about how i recently lost 2 of my friends one of which my best friend and how when my dad was away in irelan, on monday, his friend had a heart attack and died when he was in ireland with my dad and a few others and we were discussing how scary it is.
