Just as a start, try this tomorrow, 6 small meals + try to work out for at least thirty minutes. Just remember, healthy foods. eggs, a smoothie, or fruit and yogurt are good breakfast ideas, a big salad or a sandwich with lettuce and tomato would be good for lunch and pasta, salads, white meat, and lots of greens are good for dinners. If your in the mood for sweets sugarfree jello with whipped cream is good :) or dark chocolate. Good luck I hope you reach your goal!
alright well I'll be here for motivation but you won't lose weight unless you put your all into it too. I'm going to start posting different workouts tomorrow so you can do those and others. If you eat healthy and workout, you'll get there! And I'm here to support you. It'll be hard but you can do it:)

"boo" he says. and before you could pretend to be frightened, he pulls you in even closer, and kisses you. first slow and gently, but then even more passionately, remaining like that for what seemed like forever.
