about me:
I'm a lover and a fighter. I get angry easily, but
I'm working on it. I party, sleep and think too much,
but I can get my shit done. I have a weakness for
sweet talkers, but I'm learning and enforcing my boundaries. I'm strong and independent and I've
been broken, but never shattered. I've made a lot
of mistakes, but don't judge me on my past. Say
hello to my future, you're welcome to be in it.
14 things I've learned in my 14 years:
1) The best way to learn is from fucking up.
2) 99% of guys are douchebags, but you cant
give up because of that 1%.
3) The first pancake always turns out horribly.
4) Sometimes even girls need to learn to man
the fuck up.
5) It's okay to break the rules, so long as you're
good enough not to get caught and you aren't
hurting anyone.
6) No matter what, someone has it worse off than
you.
7) It's not so much what you say that counts. It's
how you make people feel.
8) You can always be grateful for something.
9) "Be kinder than necessary, cause everyone you
meet is fighting some sort of battle."
10) Time doesn't heal anything. It's what you do
with that time that changes things.
11) If you're smiling right now, you're doing
something right.
12) There's always hope.
13) Being nice to people you don't like isn't being two-faced, its a part of growing up.
14) I know now that one of the things to growing
up is doing things that you don't want to do.
Courage is about being scared, but going on
anyways. I keep that in mind with everything I do.
