Hi, welcome to control! I made this profile for anyone who is looking to tone up or lose weight. I've taken many classes in dieting and physical fitness, but do remember that i am not a doctor, nor do i have a degree in health. I'm just a teenager trying to help. Don't be scared to ask me for help. I would love to give you workout ideas, a great healthy meal idea, anything you need! Just ask, i don't bite.
