Workouts:
Now as far as workouts go, there are thousands of things you can do. But one thing i recommend NOT doing i crunches. You should not just solely be doing crunches. That will get you nowhere. Did you know it takes 250,000 crunches just to lose 1 pound? So STOP the crunches, unless you combine them with strength training and cardio training. The number one workout that i've researched and seen results from is called Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I know it seems weird as a teenager to be watching workout videos BUT it really works! Click this to see the video. I do not condone spot reducing, but i will name workouts below that can be used for each trouble spot you have: (these will not be effective if you only do THESE, they must be combined with cardio, strength, etc.) 1.Stomach:Cardio is key to losing stomach fat. Swimming, running, jumping jacks, hula hooping, jumping on a trampoline, cycling, anything that gets your heart pounding is great for burning fat. As long as you do these for 30-60 mins. per day. Do NOT do crunches to burn stomach fat because it will NOT happen. Crunches build muscle. You could do endless crunches and still not lose your belly fat. But for cardio to be effective, it must also be combined with strength training and a great diet.
2.Legs: For leg workouts, your workout will depend on whether you're looking to lose fat or gain muscle. Running is great for burning leg fat. BUT if you are running up hills, or sprinting you will most likely gain muscle, and get larger legs. If you're looking to slim down your legs then i recommend walking, light jogging, running for distance on flat land, and bicycling without resistance.
{EDITING} Don't be scared to ask me for specialized workouts for what you're looking for. I'll be glad to give you some ideas and plans! I don't bite c:

Eating Healthy:
When most people think of dieting they think of torture, eating less, and only being allowed to eat fruits and veggies. Well, if YOU think that, you are TOTALLY wrong. Eating healthy is EXTREMELY easy. Finding healthy, yummy alternatives to what you're eating now is simple. Here some quick rules and tips to eating healthy:
1. DRINK LOTS OF WATER: Water is amazing. You should be drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day. Try carrying a water bottle with you every where you go. Water helps to regulate your body, and flush it of toxins. & You know that little bit of lower stomach fat? That's usually water weight, water that your body is clinging to because it has no other source! So if you drink water, your body will no longer have to cling to that water weight!

2. Metabolism Boosters: Foods that boost your metabolism are very important in a healthy diet. These foods will help your body burn fat faster - Spinach(gross, but very healthy), cold water, almonds, green tea, spices, oatmeal (quick, easy and tasty! Also a great source of grain!), hot peppers, citrus fruits, and broccoli. Try to eat these kind of foods right before a work out!

3. Cut Out Sugars: Try and cut out the BAD sugars and keep only the good sugars. Of course your body needs some sugar to function but it doesn't need the sugars from sodas, candy, sweets, etc. Sure, candy and sweets are a great reward for yourself after you've worked hard, but they should be eaten in moderation. Also, you should cut out soda and fruit drinks (besides FUZE, FUZE is a great source of vitamin and only 15 calories. And natural fruit drinks, like grape juice, orange juice, etc.) Drinking one can of coca-cola is the equivalent of eating TWENTY TWO packs of sugar. Would you ever eat 22 packs of sugar? Probably not. So why would you drink it? Stay away from the bad sugars!

4. Watch Your Sodium Levels: Your body only requires you to have 500 milligrams of salt each day. But that doesn't mean you CAN'T have more. It's hard to get around eating salt, but the American Heart Association says that a person should not be eating more than 2,400 milligrams a day. So as long as you stay under 2,400, you should be fine. BUT keep in mind, A LOT of salt makes you retain water. Which means your stomach will hold water and make you feel and look bloated if you take in too much salt. So make sure you're watching your sodium levels.

5. Myth About Carbs: Not ALL carbs are bad for you! There are some carbohydrates that are really good for you. Such as whole grain bread, fruits and beans. You just need to know the difference between bad carbs and good carbs. Bad carbs would be anything like white bread, white rice, potatoes and cereal with a lot of sugar. As long as you understand the difference between the two, you'll be fine.

6. Eat Foods High in Fiber: Of course you don't want to go over your daily value of fiber, because then you'd just have a killer stomach ache. But fiber is very good for you! Some foods with high fiber in them are: avocados, artichoke, raspberries, blackberries, broccoli, pears, apples, oatmeal, and many more. Always make suer to get your daily value of fiber. You can also find fiber in granola bars and fiber one bars. Which taste great, have high fiber, and are very low in calories!

This site is amazing! To use this site you'll have to create an account, but it only asks for your email, and never sends you emails. You can use this site to track your food and activity. And also find out how many calories are in each meal you eat. Just go to where it says "Track Food and Activity" and click "Food Tracker", then you can type in your food and see how many calories you've eaten. It's a really helpful site.
