I need your help!

(i know im not supposed to do requests, but this is super important)

So I have this friend (for these porposes i will call her Martha), Martha. I just found out recently that she used to cut. Now, Martha is REALLY close to me and the last thing I  want is  for her to be hurt. Also, She is  avoiding eating, and i think she is being anorexic to be as skinny a s me and I dont like it...at  ALL! Im  scared, I just want her  to be proud  of  herself and not care about her wieght. I love her and I need your guy's advice. I  need to comfront her but she  has been  mean to me lately. What do I do?!?!?!
