Hi! Sorry it took so long but I finally finished your 1D fanfic! I've been really busy and hope I didn't make you wait too long! Hope you like it!

It was your senior year in high school and it was getting close to the end of the year which meant two things: prom and graduation. You were super excited to graduate because you would be going to your dream college in the fall. Prom, not so much. Prom was only two weeks away and no one had asked you yet. Your best friend Lucy had been asked almost a month ago by the most popular guy in school. He even did it in the cafeteria right in front of everyone. You were jealous that your friend had a date and you didn’t but you weren’t jealous of who she was going with. All of the girls in school wanted to go with all the jocks but you had the hugest crush on someone else: Louis Tomlinson. To you he was the hottest guy in school. He had brown hair that he styled perfectly. He also had the cutest blue eyes and a smile to die for. He was the head of the drama department too. Louis had always been a fantastic performer. He had managed to get the lead in every school play even in his freshman year. You of course went to every single production since your first year. In fact, this Saturday you planned to go see Louis as Danny in your school’s production of Grease. This would be your third time going. The only problem was that you knew Louis would never notice you. On Saturday you sat watching the show feeling sad because this was the last show Louis would be in. Then after that you would only ever see Louis in the hallways on occasion. When the curtain closed at the end of the show, you got up and started heading to the drama room to meet your little sister Ally who had been part of the show too. “You came again?” She said rolling her eyes. “No… Mom and Dad just sent me to pick you up.” “I saw you in the audience Shannon. If you like Louis so much, why don’t you just talk to him?” “I don’t know, but keep your voice down!” “Whatever! Oh by the way I need to use the bathroom but I’m gonna need my bag before we leave. Louis let me keep it in his locker. Do you mind getting it for me?” You glared at her. “Ally, can’t you get your bag yourself?” “I can, but I don’t want to!” Just like that Ally left and you were alone. You took a deep breath and looked around. Louis was on the other end of the room gathering his things and talking to people. This was the perfect opportunity to talk to him. You decided to be brave today. You walked over, “Um, Louis?” He turned around. “Yeah?” “Um, I’m Ally’s sister Shannon. She said you have her bag or something?” “Oh yeah, it’s in my locker. Come on and I’ll get it for you.” You followed Louis down the hall to his locker. He turned the combination and opened it. “Here you go.” He said handing you your sister’s bag. “Thanks.” “No problem. So did you enjoy the show?” “Oh yeah, it was great. I really liked it!” “I think you more than liked it. I’ve seen you in the audience practically every night.” Louis chuckled. You could feel your face turning red. “Well I always liked theater. And besides, I wanted to support my sister.” “Ah, I see.” Louis said closing his locker door. You followed him back to the drama room where your sister was waiting. “Thanks for getting my bag Shannon.” “No problem. Let’s get going.” You tried to hurry her out of the school. She had embarrassed you enough today. Louis waved at you and you felt butterflies. You returned his wave before leaving the school. When you got home you couldn’t stop thinking about Louis. He actually noticed you. You had no idea that he saw you at all of his shows. You hoped that he didn’t think you were creepy but at least you could go to bed with a smile on your face. *** At school on Monday you were walking to your second period class when you spotted Louis. He was wearing a blue t-shirt with a pair of cut-off jeans. He looked extra cute today. As you approached him, you almost died. He looked right at you and said, “Hey Shannon.” “Oh, hey Louis!” You said nervously. “How’s it going?” “I’m pretty good.” You replied. “Um, I was wondering, well, we have this cast party every year after the last show. And I was wondering if you’d like to come. With me.” What had he just said? Did Louis Tomlinson just ask you out? “Um, sure I’d love to go with you.” “Awesome! It’s this Friday. Can I get your number so I can give you the details?” “Oh yeah, sure.” He pulled out his phone. “Okay, it’s 555-210-1224.” “Thanks, I’ll call you.” It was running late and you had to get to your class. You totally didn’t pay attention in school for the rest of the week. All you could think about was Friday. And when Friday came, you spent the entire afternoon after school getting your hair perfect and your outfit just right. Louis pulled up to your house at 7. The party was absolutely amazing. All of Louis’ theater friends were really funny people. You spent your night chatting with them and getting to know Louis better. By the end of the night you were super tired and were happy to be back in Louis’ car on your way home. “Did you have a good time?” He asked. “Oh yeah. It was so fun! Your friends are so nice!” “I’m glad you enjoyed yourself.” By this time you were just pulling into your driveway. “Well, I guess I’ll see you in school then.” You said. You started to open the door when Louis put his hand on your shoulder. “Um, actually, can I ask you something first?” “Sure, what is it?” “Well, I know it’s only a week away and really short notice but do you want to go to prom with me?” You sat there awe struck. “Um, of course, I’d love to go!” “Great! That’s actually really good because I kinda already bought the tickets.” “Oh, well thanks Louis!” “No, thank you. Now I get to take the prettiest girl in school.” This made you blush. Just then, Louis leaned over and gave you a quick kiss on the cheek. He smiled sweetly and you smiled back. “Well, I guess I’ll see you Monday.” He said. “See ya Monday!” You went into the house the happiest girl alive. You had to take a rushed shopping trip just so you could find the perfect dress. You ended up buying a beautiful, long blue one. On the day of the prom, your mom and sister helped you to get ready. Your hair was curled perfectly and you had on the cutest shoes. You looked in the mirror pleased with what you saw. Before you knew it, it was getting near to the time when Louis was due to arrive. The doorbell rang and you got butterflies in your stomach. What if Louis didn’t like your dress? What if you hair got messed up? Your mom went downstairs to go answer the door. You heard Louis’ voice as he walked into your house. Your mom called up to you, “Shannon! Louis is here to pick you up!” You nervously walked down the stairs and saw Louis looking up at you from the bottom smiling. As you stepped off the last step, Louis took your hand. “You look so beautiful.” He said. You blushed. “Thank you. You don’t look so bad yourself.” You and Louis walked into the living room. Louis gave you a wrist corsage to put on and then you went outside to take pictures. You were shocked when you saw that Louis had gotten a limo. “Oh, my gosh Louis you didn’t have to do this! Do you want me to give you some money toward it?” “Oh no, not at all!” “No, really, those aren’t cheap!” “Really, it’s fine. Don’t worry about it! Now let’s get going before we’re late!” You said goodbye to your family and went into the limo with Louis. When you got to the prom, everything was decorated beautifully. The theme was an enchanted garden. It was a bit cheesy but everything was just perfect. The first thing you did was eat and when you were finished it was time to dance! At first the DJ played a lot of fast songs and all of you danced the night away. Louis taught you a lot of moves. One of the teachers went on stage to announce the prom king and queen. Neither you or Louis were nominated but you were super happy because your friend Lucy got queen! After the announcement it was a slow dance. You wrapped your arms around Louis’ neck and he put his hands on your waist. “Thanks for coming here with me tonight.” Louis said as the two of you swayed back and forth to the music. “Well, I really wanted to so…” You trailed off. “If I’m being honest with you Louis, I’ve kind of had a crush on you since freshman year.” “So did I.” Louis said. “Really? I didn’t even think you knew I existed.” “Oh yeah, I saw you. You came to all the shows and sat in the same seat every time. I’d look for you all the time. I never talked to you because we never had any classes together these past four years.” “Oh my gosh, I wish I’d known.” “So do I. But I guess we can thank your sister.” Louis chuckled. He looked you straight in the eye and moved a strand of your hair away from you face. He slowly leaned in and kissed you. You felt the fireworks go off and you knew that no moment would ever top this. You kissed for a while not even noticing the people around you. When you pulled apart, you noticed your friend Lucy clapping her hands. You and Louis both blushed a bit but were happy anyway. The two of you stayed together throughout the rest of high school and had a huge graduation party together. In the summer the two of you took a big road trip. By fall the two of you even went to the same college together. In the future, after you graduated from college, Louis proposed to you. You got married and had three kids together. In the end, you finally got your prince charming.

Yes, my thing with Liam isn't too big but it's something I noticed. They have been off for almost 3 weeks right? Well he and Dani haven't hung out (at least not that we've known) since Christmas. Danielle and Eleanor went on a little trip together right after Christmas but they were back in time for New Years. Eleanor was at Louis' party so Dani could've come along with Liam. But she didn't. He's been with Andy plenty and we know that because there has been pictures. I don't know, I was just thinking what if they are broken up again and we just don't know it? What do you think? Because they literally haven't been together most of this time off.

New chapter up btw i ment chapter 4

Hey girls, this is long, I know. But please, please, please read to the end.
You guys are beyond awesome. Like really, I love writing and seeing the comments and stuff. But, I might write in the future, I don't know. My chapter says 6m-1y, but it might be a smaller break then six months. I'm almost positive I want to take atleast a three month break from writing. The hate is unbearable(on reg quotes & story). My family issues have gotten bad. My sisters sick, and I don't know what it is yet. Alot other stuff has been happening. But you guys don't cause it, just rember that.
&You still have five more chapters and an epilogue with me! :)
&you can still contact me on this account or Hgirl, but I will not be writing after this story for a while, I think.
