Chapter 4
Beck's P.O.V.

My eyes opened. There were no words to describe how much pain I was in. What happened? Where's Jade? Was that... CAT sitting in the chair next to me crying?
"C-C-Cat? What... happened?" I had difficulty breathing and talking. It hurt so bad to sad those words.
"Oh my god Beck! You're ohkay!" Now those tears were tears of happiness. Cat ran towards me, hugging me tightly. It hurt a lot, but I didn't really care. Cat just sat there in the room with me, looking all sorts of happy to see me.
"Tori, Jade, Trina, Andre, and Robbie went out for pizza. I wanted to stay here and make sure you were ohkay!" She said, all back to her perky self. Well, that was really nice of her.
Cat stayed with me the entire night. We've been best friends since we were 6. She helps me get through things a lot, and I do the same for her. At around 7:30, Jade cam, showing no reaction what so ever to my being awake. She comes towards me, kisses me, and sits down on a chair near the door of the room. Jade left, not even saying goodbye at 9:30.
"Hey, cat. Thanks for staying here with me all day to keep me company. Obviously Jade couldn't care les about me and wouldn't do the same as you." It still hurt to talk, but it was worth it, being able to talk to Cat. But she didnt respond. She walked over towards my bed, smiling. She leaned her head closer to me, and kissed my lips softbly.
"I love you. Remember that." she said, and left. What went on while I was in the coma!? Did jade like, break up with me or something? Cat kissed me. It was obvious (well, to me at least.) that Cat liked me more than a friend. And honestly, maybe I'm starting to feel the same way, for her.

Chapter 1
Jade's P.O.V.

Saturday morning. 11:00. Not wanting to get up at all, but I was going to go to Beck's house. I took a shower, brushed my hair, got dressed, did my makeup and walked outside to my black Hummer H2. I turned the car on, blasting Asking Alexandria, ignoring everything around me. I backed up my car pretty fast, not realizing that there was someone behind the car. I tried stopping before I hit him, but it was too late.
Oh my god. I just hit someone with my car. I immediately took out my cell phone and called 911.
"911, what is your emergency?" some lady said as she picked up.
"Uhm, I was backing out of my parents driveway, and realized there was someone behind my car. I tried stopping the car, but I already hit them. I'm gonna go see who it is. Please hurry!" I said, getting out of the car. I went to the sidewalk to see who I had hit. It was Beck! Tears filled my eyes, and I waited for the ambulance, sitting down on the sidewalk with my head in my hands, crying. Out of all the people in the world, it just had to be Beck. The ambulance came, and I told them that Beck was my boyfriend so they let me go into the ambulance to go to the hospital. I can't believe I might've killed Beck! I called Tori, asking her to meet me at the hospital - I needed someone there with me. The ambulance got to the hospital. The doctors told me to stay in the waiting room while they took car of Beck to see the damages. Tori came, and I cried on her shoulder. I told her what happened, and I continued to cry until the doctor came. He brought us into the room where Beck was and I cried even harder. It didnt even look like that was Beck, minus his hot hair. The doctors sat me and Tori down and he started talking.
"Beck is in critical condition. He should wake up from the coma in 2 days or less. 8 of his ribs are broken, he has 12 stitches on his forehead, a black eye and a broken arm. We also had to perform surgery on his leg which is also broken, and a badly-bruised sternum which makes it very hard to break and talk. He wont recover for at least a month or two. There's a chance of him not making it." The doctor had said.I didnt know what else to say. I might have killed my boyfriend. If i did, I dont think I'd ever forgive myself. I was sitting in the hospital room, just randomly cutting up the flowers on the bedside table, talking to myself.
"Why did this happen to you, Beck? *snip* out of all the people in the world, it just had to be you that I hit *snip* i wish it was me that wouldve gotten hit *snip* that wouldve been cool! *snip* But Beck, you mean everything to me. Please don't leave me here. *snip* please." I cried again. Tori came back, but this time with cat, andre, trina and Robbie. Just what I needed. That ditzy redhead bugging me.

IT NEVER ENDS

CHAPTER 3

I couldn’t stop smiling after what Jake just said to me. I hugged him, and he smiled.

“thanks, Jake. I’m so glad I met you today.” I said.

We hung out at the park for the rest of the day, and I had to go home. Jake hugged me before I walked in my house, and put is number in my Iphone. I got home and started unpacking boxes in my room. It was 11 at night, and I got ready to go to bed.

I got up at 6:00 in the morning to get ready for school. I was happy it was a Friday, but I wanted to see Jake. I was getting dressed when Jake texted me.

Jake: hey im gonna come to your house at 7 to walk to school together.

Me: ohkay! See you soon(:

I brushed my hair, put a bow in it, and put my makeup on. I ate breakfast, and by the time I had my bag, school stuff and everything, Jake rang my doorbell.

“Hey Skylar.” He said and hugged me.

“Hi Jake.” I said, happy to see him.

We talked all the way to the school, and we walked to English together. I was starting to like Jake. A lot. We didn’t really get a chance to talk in English or science, but we obviously talked during lunch. Everyone else but Blake and Tristyn were at extra help or sick, so we all made plans to go to the mall. I was gonna walk to jake’s house with him, while Blake and Tristyn had to go home on the bus, and we’d meet them at the mall.

The school day ended, and Jake and I walked to his house. His arm was around my shoulder, and I didn’t care at all.

Jake was a really nice and funny guy. But when he was alone with me, he just seemed like such a better person. I really liked him already. We walked back to Jake’s house blasting music from his ipod’s speakers. His house was the biggest house on the block. It had 3 floors, and the inside looked even bigger than the outside. The first floor was the living room, den, kitchen, dining room, and main bathroom. The second floor was Jake’s bedroom, his bathroom, and his little sister Kaylee’s bedroom and bathroom. The third floor was Jake’s parents’ room and bathroom. We walked in Jake’s room, witch had the full sized bathroom, and a ton of cds. There were just racks and racks of cds on the electric blue and green walls.

The next week I spent with Jake and his friends. I had a great time. I liked Jake even more, and it even seemed to look that he liked me! On a Sunday morning, Jake and I went out to eat breakfast together. The restaurant was just down the block so we walked. Halfway down the block, Jake starts to talk.

“Listen, Skylar. I’ve known you for almost 2 weeks now, and you’re the most amazing person I’ve ever met. Everything about you I love. Do you wanna go out with me…?” Jake said, and he stared into my eyes the entire time he was speaking. I got so excited, it took me a minute to start talking.

“Oh my god, Jake. Yes!” I said, and we stopped walking and he hugged me. He took my and and held it until we got to the restaurant.

We finished eating, and we walked back to Jake’s house. Blake, Tristyn, Justin, Anna and Bree were sitting on his front lawn, waiting for us. I couldn’t wait to tell them about the best moment of my life so far.

CHAPTER 2

After school, I was at my locker grabbing my books I had to bring home and I felt a hand on my shoulder - it was Jake!

“Oh Hey, Jake!” I said.

“Hey Skylar. I was wondering if you wanted to walk home with me and go to the park, just me and you?”

“Uhm, sure! But can we just stop at my house so I can just put my bag in my room?”

“Of course.” he smiled.

Anyway, we walked back to my house, talking about music. It happened to be that we listen to the same music (screamo, metal and rock). So we got to my house and we went upstairs to put my bag in my room. I opened the door and my parents were painting the walls purple and green - just what I wanted. So, Jake and I were on our way to the park now. We were walking next to each other, and he had his arm wrapped around my shoulder. I kinda liked it, so I didn’t mind.

“So, what concerts have you been to?” He asked suddenly.

“A lot. I’ve seen bring me the horizon, blessthefall, escape the fate, Hollywood undead, the devil wears prada, a day to remember, shinedown, nevershoutnever, and black veil brides. What about you?” I said curiously.

“Not a ton. Bring me the horizon, black veil brides, slipknot and disturbed.”

“Cool!”

“Yup.”

We got to the park, and no one was there. Jake led me toward the swings, and we sat next to each other. There was akward silence for a minute, but then Jake started talking again.

“So what was it like back in New York?” he asked me.

“I didn’t really like it. Not a lot of people liked me, and I was teased a lot for what I wore, what music I listened to, and what I looked like.”

“Well you shouldn’t have listened to them and let it effect your life. You’re great just the way you are.” Jake smiled. 

It Never Ends

Chapter 1

Being the new kid in school is not easy. Ever. I just moved from new York to Florida. It’s beautiful here, but I really miss all of my friends. My house is a lot bigger over here then it was in New York.

Hey, I’m Skylar Ann Smith. I’m 15 years old. I have pin straight black hair with purple streaks in it. I had a few friends back in New York. I miss them a lot, but im glad I won’t see the popular girls again. But since I’m in Florida now, even more things are gonna change for me.

I woke up on a Thursday morning, my first day at my new school. I treaded it. I got out of my bed and got dressed in an Invader zim shirt, skinny jeans and Vans. I put on a little makeup, grabbed my books and everything, and walked to school alone.

I got to school, and I was nervous as anything. The first few classes I had were science, math, and English. Those were really easy classes for me. As the bell rang to end English, I went to my locker to grab my lunch and walk to the cafeteria. I sat at an empty table, by myself for a good amount of the period. And then someone caught my eye. He had black, shaggy hair, close to covering up his beautiful blue eyes. He looked right at me and walked to where I was sitting.

“Hi, I’m Jake.” He said, sitting down with me.

“Hi I’m Skylar.” I said nervously. Jake was really cute and I was nervous to talk to someone like him.

“I like your name,” he smiled at me. “My friends and I saw you sitting alone, and we wanted to know if you wanted to sit with us?”

“Uhm, sure!” I said, collecting my bag and throwing out the rest of my lunch.

I followed Jake to his table, and everyone said hi to me. There were Justin, Anna, Tristyn, Blake and Bree. They were all really nice and funny. I had a great time.
