I don't know what to do. I can't even describe my feelings. They're like a huge mix of different emotions... I wish my life had an "off" switch. That would be really useful right now. My head is too clogged with thoughts and my heart feels too heavy for me to lift. I'm afraid to fall asleep because I know my dreams will either be nightmares or dreams that will crush my heart when I wake up. All I want to do is escape. To go somewhere where no one can ever find me. To escape my thoughts. I don't know what to do.
