oh. he just may not be ready for physical contact yet (even something as small as that), or it was just unexpected and it was instinct to shrug it off. honestly, that's how i would be, it would be an instinct for me because I wasn't expecting it.
and it's not like he can turn to you and say "Hey, can you put your head on my shoulder again? I liked it but I accidentally shrugged it off. Sorry bro."
