I need
advice, from anyone. I just want to feel better at being
away at college. I feel like a baby but I miss home like crazyyyy.
I want to get the whole college experience (meeting life-long
friends, going to frat parties, being young) but it's so hard
to enjoy everything right now. I hate it here and I hate being away
from home. My friends back home are all commuting and it just
sucks. Hopefully someone who went through college already will read
this and give me feedback, but honestly anyone who doesn't say
"stick in there, things will get better" would be
awesome. I want to be convinced that staying on campus is worth it
and I want to know that I'm not the only one who's ever
felt so depressed about this before. This is the first time that I
can't handle something and it makes me thoroughly upset all the
time.

America thrived on the idea of freedom of religion, in hopes of creating diversity and forcing the principles of Christianity

With Christianity no longer ruling the state and imposing it's obtuse doctrines on the people, there is absolutely
no reason why gay indivuals should not have the same rights as straight individuals.
Religion no longer plays a role in any governmental decision and therefore should not be the reason why
gays cannot marry.
Times are changing;
a gay man will soon be legally considered equal to straight man,
just as a black man was legally deemed equal to a white man,
and a woman was deemed equal to a man.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but no one is entitled to decide that a human being is unworthy of their innate rights.
