Here are the rules for The Butterfly Challenge!
1.) When ever you want to cut, binge, or mutilate, grab a pen, or
marker and draw a butterfly on your arm/hand.
2.) Name the butterfly after a loved one or someone who wants you
to get better....
3.) The butterfly must fade
naturally. NO SCRUBBING!
4.) If you cut before the butterfly is gone, you killed it. If
you don't cut, it lives.
5.) If you have more then one butterfly cutting kills them
all.
6.) Another person may draw them on you, these ones are extra
special, take good care of them.
7.) Even if you don't cut, feel free to draw a butterfly
anyways for support. If you do this name it after somebody who
cuts or is going threw a hard time right now.
Or you can write the name of someone who cares about you on your
wrist and draw them or something that reminds you of them but
remeber before you change names it has to wash it's self off
NO SCRUBBING! I do both but I constantly have a name on my arm
even if I don't feel like cutting it's just there to
remind me that they wouldnt want me to do any of that!
For all of you cutters out there that are wanting to stop try
this it helps A LOT! And some of them people you right on your
arm may even do it with you! You never know my brother is
doing it with me he started today and I did him and he did me!
And guess what he is not even a cutter he is a youth pastor but
hey he is still willing to do it so his little sister isn't
alone! So just remeber all of you cutter give this a try and know
that you're not alone there is plenty more people out there
doing the same thing!(:
