When I went to see Bloc Party, the bass player gave me his pick and the setlist.
I don't think he knew how much that meant to me.
I was having a horrible day and was very upset, I felt like I had no one to turn to. My friends seemed like they didn't want to hang out with me and they were saying rude things. I felt lonely all day and curled up in bed when I got home.
That one tiny action of noticing me brightened my day.
