I Wonder What It Feels Like Right Before You Jump.

                                      I'm so sick & tired of seeing people on facebook ridiculing, 
                                      and judging people with depression. Telling them to "suck
                                      it up & move on" or "Look on the brightside, feeling sorry for
                                      yourself is getting you nowhere." First off, don't judge unless
                                      you know what it's like to be depressed. People think they
                                      know what you're going through, but no one knows the pain
                                      or the hurting you feel to take a bottle of pills, or put a blade
                                      to your wrist. Secondly, we're not "feeling forry for ourselves."
                                      We're upset & it's not that easy to"suck it up & be happy. "
                                      Society truly disgusts me nowadays.

Yes you. You're beautiful, stunning, gorgeous in fact. 
Put down the blade, throw away the pills.             
You're more than this. You're worth everything.       
This doesn't define you, this shouldn't break you.     
You're amazing, Life gets better. It gets better.            
So cut the rope, wipe your tears.                           
Look in the mirror & tell yourself "I'm Beautiful"     
Because I promise you, it's not a lie.
