I'm Shelby.
- A short 15 year oldblonde ginger purple-haired brown&orange black&blonde blonde haired? girl with eyes set to kill and one hell of a mindset.
People tend to misjudge me. They see the piercings and the hair dye and fail to dig a bit deeper. They fail to ask questions.
Our generation tends to do that. We assume. You know what that means, right? You just make an 'ass' out of 'u' and 'me'. Harhar. Corny; I know.
They seem to think of me as a bad influence. I don't know. Maybe I am. I look in the mirror and see just plain old Shelby.
Just take a minute here, though.
Look through the drugs and the alcohol and the cigarettes for a couple seconds.
Look through the piercings and the hair dye.
Look through the scars and the "eating disorders".
Look through the forsaken stolen virginity.
and hey. We aren't so different after all.
That girl with the bright blue eyes and the bleach blonde hair? she's got cut up legs under her abercrombie and fitch jeans.
That "fat chick" with one to many chins? You know, its not only skinny girls with eating disorders.
The goth girl. Ohh, the goth girl. She just so happens to love jumping around to Miley Cyrus.
From the day we're born until the day we die we'll judge each and every book by its cover.
And honestly, it sickens me.
