like you do the self harm alt. but they don't work
drawing red lines doesn't work
holding ice in your hand or putting it where you want to cut so you feel numb doesn't work.
I did the ice earlier and I melted it and I still had urges but what I got a frozen hand.

yeha but my bestfriend practically sister ive showedher this many times before when shes hit her rock bottom and before It never made me cry or anything but since I cut myself everytime I do it ive cried because I don't know what I would do without her anymore shes my everything and doesn't judge me for it.... but yeah ahahah thanks :)
