Rockstar Romeo

Shawna and I heard the boys walk in from my room, loud as can be and carrying on about Sam buying the least expensive honey ever made on Earth. My guys. I thought laughing to myself. My weird, adorable guys. 

By my guys I meant, my brothers band. They've been a band for a while now, and I consider them my brothers. Well, all but one of them. They were probably the weirdest bunch of boys in the world. I loved it.

"Do you hear that?" Shawna asked me.

I looked up confused and tuned into the sound coming from downstairs. Someone was playing "Can't Stand It" by nevershoutnever!, and I knew exactly who it was. I smiled and walked downstairs with Shawna to greet the guys. Sure enough, Cody was sitting on the piano bench. He turned around and made eye contact, but only for a second then started playing with his phone. 

"So Em, how did y'all like dance?" Mikey asked me.

I looked at Shawna who was already sitting in the chair beside the steps and sat down on the third step. "It was fun, but hard! Right Shae?"

"Mhmm!" She exclaimed, "I think the dance is really cool but..." 

I looked at Cody tuning Shawna out, he was so cute. He waved his phone at me and I smiled and waved back. But someone hit me on the back of the neck and brought me back to the real world. I turned to Shawna who had stopped talking, she held up her hand to her mouth and whispered, "Are you stupid? He wasn't waving he texted you!"

"Ohhhhh!" I said in a hushed tone. I looked at him laughing and giggled. Then ran upstairs to get my phone. 

When I came back down, the guys had left and Shawna moved to the couch. "They go to the garage?" I asked. She nodded so I walked over to the couch to join her. Before I could sit though, the back door opened and Cody walked in with a cocky smile plastered on his face.

I smiled back and walked over so he could wrap his arms around my waist. I burried my head into his shoulder and breathed in his seductivly poisonous smell. 

"You guys coming out later?"

"Of course!" Shawna yelled, "That was a stupid question."

He rolled his eyes and turned to me, "See you soon then."

Eep, so cute!

"Kay," I replied and turned around to walk back to the couch. I looked at my phone and saw his text, "You look cute. (: "
They may be my guys. But he was my love.
