The next
day, my grandpa drove both of them all the way back to
Florida. When my family returned, my grandma had been
admitted to the hospital. She spent then next 5 months in and
out of the hospital. During those 5 months my great grandma
on me dad's side passed away at age 92. When the new year
rolled around my grandma's health took a tail spin. It
was wednesday night when i knew something was wrong. It was
10 pm and my mom wasn't home. She never called, texted,
or anything. It wasn't until the next day that I found my
grandma had a stroke. That day after school, I went to the
ICU to see her. In order to enter her room, you had to wash
your hands, put on a body suit, gloves, and mask. She
couldn't talk, feed herself, bathe herself, or even go to
the bathroom by herself. That was the first time I've
every cried infront of my grandparents.
