"B-Blake?" I said blinking hoping he would go away. "Uhh, Hi. Hi, Natalie. So what can I get you to drink?" he asked trying not to look me in the eyes.
"Well, I'll have a Sprite, what about you Nat?" Josh said. Blake winced at the thought of another guy calling me Nat, I could tell. He was the first to call me it.
"Umm, I guess I'll have a diet coke." I said, then remembering that I shouldn't be all worked up over him so I smiled and said "Please."

After the car ride home from me and Josh's date, he walked me to my doorstep and stood there facing me.
"Tonight was fun, thanks for coming," he said.
"No problem," I said smiling, and before I knew it, we were kissing. It felt really nice, but wrong.

I came home after a long day and sat down in my beanbag chair and just sighed. I felt bad for just walking away on him earlier. Then my phone buzzed. I didn't look at caller ID for some reason and just answered. "Hello?" I said, "Hi, Natalie," said a voice. I said hold on and peered down at my phone and saw that it was Josh.
"Hey Josh, what's up?" I said, he was one of those people you always flirt with but never expect anything to come out of it. "Nothing, I just have, a question, okay?" he said nervously.
"Yeah, anything. What's wrong?" I said, "Well, what do you think about Kelsey?" he asked, "Everyone says she's too clingy and I don't know, thought I'd just get a girls opinion. Is it weird? Like since were just talking?"
"Well, I don't know, do you even like her that much?" He said not really and we had a long conversation and he said he wanted to hangout with me sometime and I said sure and we hung up.

I got dressed in a pink shirt, jeans, floral scarf.
Josh and I pulled into the parking lot and we walked into a new Italian restaurant with his arm around me and mine around his waste. He was so tall and cute. We get seated by the hostess and she tells us our waiter will be with us soon. We looked over the menu and I was smiling the whole time and we were just talking about everything it was great. Next thing I know the waiter comes to our table and cleared his throat. I look up and see who else but Blake, looking cute as ever. Great. I thought.
"H-how may I help you?" he said sadly.

Four
The whole ride home was silent. I was mad. At myself. I was falling for his charm again. There was something about him that made every girl fall for him. I think it may be his sparkly blue eyes and his sweet-talking mouth. He knows exactly what to say and precisely when to say it. He stopped in front of my house and I sighed.
"Is something wrong?" he asked a little warily. Then I remembered! "No, nothing's wrong," I turned towards him and bit my lip. He noticed. Blake put his hand on my thigh and leaned in to kiss me again and I opened my door and got out.
"God damnit, Natalie!" he yelled while laughing. I walked toward my front door with a little more swing in my hips than usual. I heard the car door open as he sprinted up the steps then blocked my door. "What are you doing?" I asked.
"You can't go in unless I get a kiss." I couldn't tell if he was joking or not, so I asked.
"Not joking," he winked. Then I sprinted to my backyard and opened up my slide door. I opened my front door and left the screen locked and I placed my lips on the glass and laughed then said, "Hahaha, suck it." and with that I slammed the door with him still standing there shaking his head and chuckling as he walked back to his car.

After about 5 seconds he caught on. He yelled my name and had a smirk on his face trying to laugh off the embarrassment of the rejection everyone just had seen.
"Wow Natalie, playing hard-to-get. Didn't know you had it in you."
"Well, Blake, there's a lot of things you don't know about me." He pulled me in by the hips and whispered in my ear "How 'bout you let me find out a few more things?" I groaned at his ignorance. He's such a pig sometimes. He was never like this when we were dating. I don't get it. This same Blake used to be so sweet and kind. I don't know what hit him but he's suddenly acting like he wants me. Bad. Is it bad if I kind of like it...? What am I saying, I can NOT fall for him again.
"Guess you aren't answering me anymore," he said with a fake frown as looked me in the eyes. "Huh?" I said. I guess I'd been thinking for a pretty long time.
"I said 'Do you want to go to the movies tomorrow night?'"
"Ohhhhh, no, not really," I replied at straight-forward as I could. I actually did miss going to the movies with him. We went with friends a lot or just by ourselves and actually WATCHED the movie. The both of us laughed at the middle schoolers who would sit in the very back and make out.
"Hm, okay," he said looking a little hurt. I felt bad.
"Sorry, I...-" i was cut off by him, "What?"
If I was going to break his heart might as well lead him on first. "I'll go." I said softly. He smiled and brushed the hair out of my eyes and I turned around and walked away. "I'll pick you up at seven," he yelled.
Anyone wanna give me adviceee? (:
