am i the only one scared of growing up?
scared of leaving my teenage years behind?
scared of having to grow up and fend for your self?
scared of having to act mature?
am i the only one scared that these years will go by faster than i want?
 

taking out a peice of gum &
someone just stands there holding their hand out at you & your thinking
"b*tch please! you cant even say anything!?"
but you give them one anyway...

finding a spelling error in your text book
& being like,
I AM GOD

wasn't it beautiful,
when you believed in everything,

everybody believed in you...?

& every time my phone buzzes
my heart skips a beat because it might be you <3

how come none of my friends can take me seriously when i say that?

 i keep thinking that tomorrow's another day and you'll come back,
but then i remember what you told me and all i have left are the memories,
granted they're the best memories i've ever had,
but do you know how much more it hurts to remember the good memories than the bad?

damn you for treating me so well then leaving me with those memories. damn you.
