thats a good thing! ...well, uhmm i guess it helps for maybe a minute but only cuz instead of focusing on emotional pain ur focusing on how much it hurt physically. it takes away those thoughts for a minute. but then u have to walk around hiding it, u become paranoid and u pull away from every1 hoping they dont find out. on top of all that, its addicting you do it once and u THINK it helps and its just ruining you as a person .its not helping at all but ur mind thinks it is. its not worth it cuz its slowly contributing to what you were trying to get rid of in the first place
