Chapter
one.
"Chug!Chug!Chug!Chug!" screamed the drunken crowd that surrounded me. I hesitated a little bit before downing the rest of the beer can."YAA!" the crowd cheered. I smiled to myself before hopping off the table and grabbing 2 more cans. It was my last night in new York city i needed to have the most unforgettable night.
"Skye.....skye.!" a hushed voice
sang. While attempting to wake me up.
"huh?...5 more minuets" i begged
groggily.
"Skyler Anne Marcus, if you
don't get up this instant, i swear i will steal your
favourite Louis Vuitton bag, and Gucci
bracelet." i heard my best friend kim, say.
"Ughh,im up, im up." i
mumbled.
"i
knew you that wake you up." she
laughed.
"Never mess with a girls Prized
possessions." i smiled.
"ya,ya, just get up. Last night was our last sleep over-
that you were probably to drunk to even remember- Which means
today is your last morning in New York. So Me being the nice
person i am, i decided i would treat you with a nice breakfast at
our fave
cafe" she beamed.
I
rolled my eyes. "Ugh. Don't remind me." i frowned
as i got up to find some aspirin. We were currently in Kim's
penthouse, which was more like a mansion. Kim and i have been
best friends since the diaper days,not a day goes by that we
don't hang out. Unfortunately that's all going to change.
You see, my mom is the CEO of some big company and they
want to transfer her to California and i have to go with her. Mom
thinks it's going to be a great opportunity for the both of
us, because she'll get to stay home more often which means
time to spend with "the family" and she also
would get payed more. I didn't even think it was possible
for her to make more money. We were already known as the richest
family in new York city and now we were going to be even more
rich. I could care less though.
" why does your mom even want to go
cali? i
mean she already makes an oober large amount of money."
she asked as if reading my mind.
"Who knows
,what my moms thinking. I mean she never even gave me a say, in
what i wanted." i walked into her in suit bathroom and
opened the cabinet behind the mirror. I spotted the aspirin and
took 2 out of the container. I popped them into my mouth and
forced into go down my throat. I sighed and then walked over to
her closet which consisted of some of my clothes.
For the very last time i pulled out something to wear.
I swear. Sometimes life can be so depressing.

Part 27
Arianna's .P.O.V
Beep.Beep.Beep.Beep."uggh,stupid alarm clock" i muttered. I blindly swatted at it searching for the snooze but. After a few minuets of swatting i realized it wasn't going to shut off. I slowly opened my eyes to see a blindingly bright florescent light staring down on me.
"What the hell?" i wondered aloud as i lifted my right arm to shield my eyes. 5 shielding minuets, my eyes had finally gotten use to the light. I looked around taking in my surroundings. Nothing but 4 white walls,a beige couch that looked like it hadn't started off as that colour, an uncomfortable looking green chair and a machine that had a tube that was hooked up to my arm was in the room. The tube looked like it was filled with some sort of red liquid. Blood. I immediately knew i was in a hospital. I tried sitting up but pain shot through my body. Ahh f**k. not my best decision.
"Hello?" i croaked. No response.
"Hello!?" i tried louder, but it was no use, my voice sounded terribly hoarse. Panic erupted through me, and before i knew what i was doing i ripped the IV out of my arm. It hurt. A lot, but at this point i didn't even care. I just needed to see some form of life.
2 nurse and a male doctor shot into the room, and began to rapidly try to re-attach me to the machine.
"Why am i here?" i asked.
"You got hurt."The doctor explained.
No sh*t. That's why people tend to come to the hospital. I wanted to say but didn't. Instead i said this :
"Yes but how?" nobody responded to me.
"HELLO!?" i shouted clearly frustrated. Something jabbed into my hand. "OW!" i yelped as i yanked my arm away. The doctor grabbed my arm. "Listen. If you want me to save your life i suggest you stay still." he spat agitated. I hate him. "Not until you tell me why i'm here" i demanded. he opened his mouth to speak. Yes. Finally. I'm going to get some answers.
"Get me the sleeping gas mask." he ordered. WHAT? my eyes widened in shock. "N-NO!" i screamed, but it was to late the nurse had already put the mask on me. I tried pulling it off but my arms felt as if they weighed 1000 pounds each. Eventually i gave up, and began focusing on staying awake. I was doing pretty good if i say so my self.
But clearly not good enough because for the second time,
everything went black.
Sorry guys i haven't written in ages. I'm also not going to continue if you really knew me, For now.

I woke up to a tear stained pillow and 9 new messages.
I scrolled through my phone looking at who the missed messages were from. 6 of them were from Bret,2 were from McKenna and the last was from Justin. I didn't bother looking at any of the messages from Bret. If he didn't care about me why should i care about him? right?
The text from Justin was him apologizing for all the things he had said last night. I wasn't ready to forgive him yet.
The texts from McKenna were about how she had heard what happened and she wanted me to call her,back as soon as i saw this.
I didn't bother calling her, i wasn't in the mood for talking to anybody.
I sighed and got out of bed, i slipped on some baggy sweat pants and a shirt 3-sizes to big. I clumsily made my way downstairs.
"Morning" stephanie smiled.
"heey" i said as i forced out a smile.
Just then my phone started vibrating. I looked down at the screen.
1 New Message From: Mallory.
She was asking me if i wanted to go to the mall with her.
Mallory and i use to be really close ,but we slowly drifted apart, we still talk but we're not as close as we were.
I felt ad saying no, i mean i haven't hung out with the girl since 8th soo i reluctantly said yes. At least it'll help me take my mind of bret.
I cringed, just saying his name made my heart ache even more than it already did.
I sighed and moped up the stairs to get ready.
I put on some ripped jeans and a grey cami. I brushed my fingers through my dirty blonde hair. I slipped on my gladiator shoes,grabbed my coach bag,phone and wallet and ran down stairs to wait for Mallory's sister to pick me up.

It felt weird not wearing heals. I never realized how much i wore them..
Two honks, indicated that Mallory was here. I got off the couch and headed towards the door.
"Im going to the mall with Mallory! BYE!" i screamed before slamming the door shut. I hopped in Mallory's sister's Bmw and greeted Mallory.
"I feel like i haven't seen you in forever!" Mallory squealed.
I forgot she was a squealer.
"i know right! we should hang out more often" i offered. Mallory went on and on about herself. Most of the time i just kept my head forward,zoning everything out and occasionally nodding as if i was actually listening to her. The only thing that broke my trance was a loud obnoxious honk coming from the side of the car i was sitting.
I whipped my head around so i was facing towards the window to see a huge SUV heading straight towards us.
I didn't even have time to scream before
everything went black.

Part 22
15 days. Thats how long its been since he hit me, and strangly we're stronger than ever, we hang out more and communicate alot better. Up to this very day he is still reminds me that he'll never hurt me again, and i believe him. I haven't told one single person about what happened that night, i don't want people thinking he's some kind of monster because of what he did when i know he's not.

"Sooo what are you wearing to the halloween dance tonight?!" avery chirped as i slammed my locker door shut. It was the friday of halloween and everybody was hyped about the dance tonight. I went to school that day dressed as a nerd, i rocked my jean overalls and nerd glasses like a pro but wore some vans that mathed the shirt under my overalls so i looked like a nerd with style. I also had put my hair in two high pig tails. but for the dance tonight i was planning to look more... sexy. I guess.
"Im going as a fire fighter" i beamed.
Just then i felt two muscular arms wrap around my waist.
"A firefighter?.. sexy" i heard bret laugh, i whirled around and gave him a quick peck, i could here avery gag from behind. I laughed, we'll find you somebody i laughed while patting her on the back. She smiled at me sarcastically.
School seemed to fly by and i got an endless amount of compliments on my costume. Straight after school we all ( me,avaery,hanna and of course mckenna) went over to mckenna's to hangout and get ready for the dance. We watched Charlie st.cloud which ended at about 5:00, which left us with 3 hours to get ready. We all took turns showering and began to get ready, i curled my hair, slipped on my red dress & put on my helmet. Then i started on my make up, i decided to do the smokey eye look. I put on some red pumps and a necklace that read fantasy. Avery was dressed as an angel, she wore her hair straight, had on a fitted strapless white dress and had on some white pumps. Mckenna wore ablack strapless dress with cat ears and a tail, black heels and hair straight. Last but not least hanna wore a blue dress with matching blue fairy wings, her hair was curled but had the sides pinned up , and just like the rest of us she was wearin heels. My heels to be exact, all of us were wearing my heels, what can i say im a heels kind of gal.We all went downstairs took some pictures for face book and what not, and then waited for the guys to pick us up. I was going with Bret of course, Mckenna with jacob, Hanna with her crush dylan, And avery was going with justin. It took me awhile to convince her to go with him, and when i finally did he was exstatic. It didnt take long before the guys showed up with the limo. We all hopped in and were off to the dance.
