When you feel like you need to cut don't go pick up a razor , knife or any other object instead pick up a marker , sharpie or pen and start drawing a beautiful creature called a butterfly. You can make this butterfly as beautiful as you want , even if you try to make it ugly you will fail because EVERYTHING has beauty! Once you make the butterfly on your wrist , arm , leg ,thigh ect you cannot scrub it off you need to leave it until it fades away. You can name it after someone special or leave it as it is with no name no matter what it's still a creature. If you cut while you have a butterfly on you , you fail you not only kill yourself a little more but you also kill the butterfly :( . You're allowed to make more than one butterfly but even if you cut once you don't kill one butterfly you kill all them. Please try this challange and remember you're beautiful and someones reason to smile. So stay strong.
