Having faith is like losing control,
Scary, but needed in order to live life as we are intended to.....
We may all have issues, and problems, and negative times in our lives,
But few have found what it takes to take positive in these situations and magnify it....
Life isn't about the circumstances you're put in,
It's about how you react to those circumstances...
I love camp friends!
You can lose the sister feeling you find in a friend, but you'll never lose the friend feeling you find in a sister.....

The Kiss of Forever
The Last Chapter

I flew through the crowd of glimmers I was supposed to be conduting, looking for a place where they may have put Daniel. Alice had seen me flying and said, over headset, “He’s in the clearing where we were last night. I flew fast and hard, getting there in only a few minutes, but it felt like it took days. I made a sloppy landing in the small grassy plain, but I didn’t see anyone anywhere. Then I heard a noise behind me and turned to see Daniel walking up. I barely heard him say, “Sorry, we thought you were an attacker.” I ran and jumped into his arms as he caught me and spun me around, kissing me. It was amazing to feel his embrace after I wasn’t sure whether he would be okay or not. He put me down and I kissed him again. I steeped back to make sure he was really there and I realized that he didn’t actually have a shirt on, his whole torso was bandaged. “Oh my God,” I breathed, “Are you sure he’s going to be okay?” I asked one of the glimmers who had been tending to him. He nodded, and Daniel said, “Of course I’ll be fine, and I have already healed half the wounds since you won the war. Apparently, since Alice has ‘taken care of’ the evils Gods and Goddesses we are gaining their powers, which makes me not only heal faster, but pretty much makes us immortal, too. You got Tania anyways-“ he started, but I interrupted, “Actually, well, you see, she got away.” I was afraid he would be upset, but it didn’t seem to surprise him at all, in fact his only response was, “Huh, whatever,” before we started talking about our different journey with the war. After a while, the glimmers told us that we had to go back to the main palace of Thainise, so we started to fly. I was glad to see that Daniel was well enough to fly. When we got there, the gates were open for us and we went in. We went straight to the main hall, which was extravagantly decorated with lace curtains and blue and silver walls. The ceiling was complete glass, but it was obviously stronger than bulletproof because many glimmers had been trying to break in during the fight, and glimmers were some of the strongest creatures known to man. As we walked, I noticed that many glimmers were also here, and we walked right through the center of the room at the end, Alice was standing with a strange looking stick thing. We walked up to her and turned toward the crowd. Alice started, “The rightful heirs to the kingdom of Thainise, the people who wil restore us to full glory, givin us back love and hope and joy. I present the goddess of hope, Ellie,” and she touched me with the stick, which now looked more like a magic wand, and I felt and electricity flow through me, “And her escort, the God of glimmers will be?” She asked, but she already knew I would choose Daniel. “Daniel,” I said. “Daniel,” she repeated, and she touched him with the wand, and I could tell it gave him the same burst of energy it gave me. Alice whispered, “Bow,” and we did. The glimmers all stood and clapped. I turned to Daniel and in the same moment we both said, “I love you, forever,” and he kissed me more passionately then he ever had. It was the kiss of true love. The kiss of forever.

Love is the bandage of the heart....

The Kiss of Forever
Chapter 23

Two glimmers, hat I now knew as Charles and Amelia, came and picked him up and took him away. I gave him a kiss on the forehead and then told them, “Take care of him,” and then I nodded, giving them the okay to keep going with him. I knew he need some severe help and quickly. “He’ll be okay,” Alice said over the headset and I kept fighting. I was on autopilot now; I had to know where he was and how he was doing. I turned, hopeful that I would see him standing there, but I didn’t. I didn’t see Tania either. Not only was Daniel away from him, but also we hadn’t even captured he girl who hurt him. I channeled in over the headset, “Please tell me Tania is in one of the caves,” I pleaded. “I’m sorry, but we don’t see her anywhere,” I heard from someone whose name I forgot. I crumpled. I couldn’t believe it how could all this happen. I lost a best friend. My best friend tried to kill me, but instead did some serious damage on my boyfriend. We never caught her. I was in a war, and worst of all, my boyfriend could be dying, and I’m not with him. “You have to get up,” I heard over the headset, “Daniel would have wanted you to,” I recognized the voice as Alice’s. “I can’t,” I replied simply. “You have to,” she said firmly. “Please, Ellie for me,” I heard a weak voice say. It was Daniel! “Oh my God, are you okay? Where are you?” I asked anxiously. “I’m fine,” he said, his voice growing barely stronger, “Don’t worry, you need to fight. You need to save this place, and the glimmers. This is what you were meant to do and you can’t deny it. Just keep yourself safe.” “I can’t,” I repeated. “Yes you can,” Daniel replied, he would not take no for an answer, “And I love you Ellie.” “I love you, Daniel,” I said back, my words full of truth. I started fighting yet again. A new fierceness within me that was trying to get out. These were the people who helped Tania. They helped her betray me, and try to kill me, but instead they hurt Daniel. Daniel was the better half of me. I thought of him as I handed dozens more off to the patrol glimmers. Even I was surprised at how many I could take down. I never hurt anyone enough to do lasting damage, though, because that would make me just as bad as them. Finally, it seemed as though we had taken them al down. I flew up higher, checking the skies for any that had tried to escape. I also got a birds eye view on the ground, where I saw Alice leading a huge search party through the houses, but I had already warned them not to destroy any belongings if they could help it. I saw them all gather and I sent down a report, “All clear.” “Same,” Alice replied. Now, I got to go to Daniel.
