don't wear long sleeves. I want you to write "I HAVE HOPE" on both of your wrists, and I want you to be free. Smile for once. If you feel like crying, then cry. Don't hold it in.

i was under my weight today... ate a ton of crap... literally sweets all day. bleh

i ate a ton for lunch. and all carbs. and 2 cookies. i need to exercise. i feel horrible. i am freaking out

why did I want to grow up?
preschool becomes high school
art projects become tests
friendships become relationships
fun becomes stress
cold medication becomes depression medication
weight becomes important
butter knives become razor blades
scratches become self hard
dieting becomes all you think about
trust becomes impossible
life becomes torture
suicide becomes a thought
and goodbyes become forever❤

Through hard times you become stronger

I wear my scars proudly. They represent the battles through which I have gone, and I am proud because those battles I have won. :)
