* Victoria's Pov *
My eyelids felt heavy, i tryed with all i had but my eyes wouldnt open. I was awake, but my whole body was asleep. I felt movement in the room then someone grabbed my hand, Justin. " Oh baby, pleaaase wake up! i need you here. please, give me a signal, move or something, anything, i just need to know you can here me." i tryed so hard just ti twitch my fingers, i felt them move then justin laughed " i love you " he said to me. gosh i wish i would just wake up!, then i felt it, his lips met mine with a warm his. My eyes opened a couple of seconds later. " Oh my god, your awake!" i smiled. i smiled back and he kissed me. we shared that kiss for a little bit. justin pulled away and went to get the doctor. He came back a few minutes later with the doctor, he smiled. " welcome back." the doctor said then started saying a bunch of things and i wasnt really listening all i herd was, " so, as long as you rest you can go home today." the doctor said, i smiled. " i brought clothes for you. " justin said. the doctor left and justin helped me get dressed. I had 2 brocken ribs from when i feel down the stairs, and a bruised neck. It wasnt brocken because the hit was only enough to knock my out. we got into the car then went home.
Justin set me up nicely on his bed with a heating pad put on my ribs and pilows to prop me up. then he layed next to me and i put my head on his chest. " im sorry this had to happen to you, i didnt know something this crazy would happen i mean selena didnt even show intrest in-" i stopped him. "selena like selena gomez did this?" i got tears in my eyes. " ya, the police found that she had been stalking us for the past couple of weeks so she could get closer to me..." i stopped my tears. " oh," it was really the only thing i could think of to say. " Victoria i love you, not selena." i knew he was telling the truth. " i know, i love you to." he smiled then kissed me. then we made out. he put his hand on my hip and i flinched. " oww!" i yelled. it was right near my brocken ribs so it was bruised. " im so sorry!" he yelled backing up. " it's ok , just easy next time. " i smiled and he kissed me lightly. i knew he was the one.

*justin's pov*
" stay here." i said fermly to victoria as i took a few steps toward the door. " wait, if i here something im coming in there." she looked at me with fear in her eyes. i looked back and shook my head. i slowly walked into the house and i started looking around. livingroom=clear, kitchen=clear, bathrooms=clear, dinningroom= clear, office=clear. all that was left was the bedroom. the whole time i was looking around i felt that feeling like sommeone was watching me. the bedroom was clear so i went into the bathroom. right before i went to look in the shower, the door slammed shut.
* victoria's pov*
i herd the loud noise come from the house. "JUSTIN?!?!" I screamed, no answer. i dialed 911 then ran into the house. i started walking up the stairs before someone hit the back of my neck, thats all i remembered before i blacked out.
*justin's pov*
i herd a weird noise come from down stairs, the more i tried i just couldnt open the door." back up" i herd in a deep voice. i backed up then the door opened. "SELENA!?!?" i screamed, " shh justin. its ok im here." she said while rubbing my arm. i pushed her away. she walked closer to me. "where's victoria!?" i yelled. " oh dont worry about her, lets just say she cant get in the way of our relashonship anymore. " she winked at me and then kissed me roughly. i tryed to pull away but she grabbed my head and forced it into her lips. i finally got away. "selena i dont love you i love victoria, now get out before i call the police. "no need, selena gomez, you are under urrest, you have the right to remain silent, anything you say and or do will be held agenst you in the court of law." the police man said as he handcuffed selena. she looked at me. " this isnt over i will have you." i ran out of the room to go find victoria. she must have been the one to call the cops. "victoria!" i screamed as i saw her laying on the floor. the ambulance came in and put her on a stretcher. i fallowed them outside. " can i go with her." i asked with tears in my eyes. "relashenship?" he asked "boyfriend, she lives here with me." he nodded and the led me to the frount of the ambulance.

*victoria's pov*
a little big after me and justin you know 'hem hem' we started talking
" so victoria, now that your 18, do u want to move in with me, i know its pretty fast but you kinda sorta already live here, we could go back to your house and get all of your stuff tomorrow."
i looked at justin with a huge smile. " i would love to move in with you, kathryn wont be there tomorrow anyways, because she is in jail, so ya we could get the stuff tomorrow." he kissed my head and we both fell asleep.
* victoria's pov*
i woke up around 10 in the morning cuddled up to justin. i creeped out of bed and went to take a shower. while i was in the shower justin knocked on the bathroom door. "ya?" i asked "i think that we should try to save the planet and save water, so i think it would be best , you know for the planet if i tok a shower with you" ;). i started laughing. " ok sure, for the planet". he laughed and jumped in. we kissed a little then i let him wash my hair and my body. we got out about a half hour later. i got dresses in a black tanktop and grey shorts. i put on the black heels Ryan got me, the neckless Sabrina got me. And the pandora justin got me. then i curled my hair, did makeup, and went to meet justin in the living room. i grabbed my sunglasses. justin grabbed his car keys and we left. i felt weird going back there.
i was at the door and i had the key in my hand. i put it in the lock and walked in. i looked around and the place was a mess. me and justin were walking to my bedroom in the basment and we hered footsteps coming from upstairs. i went in to pinick mode. " this way." i wispered to justin and we hid in my walk-in closet. we waited there for about ten minutes then i creeped out. i grabbed all my stuff to nervous to talk. who could that have been. i stopped thinking and creeped up the stairs with justin and my bags. we ran to the door and right before i was about to close the door i felt someone grab my wrist from behind me
"wait." i turned around and it was justin holding my wrist. "oh my god you just almost gave me a heart attack. "srry, but you left this."
justin held up a picture of me, my mom, and my dad. i started to get teary so i grabbed it and put everything in the car. when everythig was in i looked back at the house and kathryn walked out the door and stood on her porch with the scariest look on her face.
on the way home i had that feeling that someone was following us again. but everytime i turned around there was nothing there. we tturned down our street. we got to our house and the door was wide open.

2 weeks later.. yup that right Victoria's b-day!
justin's pov
i woke up with Victoria's head lying on my chest. I didnt want to wake her up sp i slowly slip out of bed and put a pillow in my place. i put some sweats on, and went down stairs. I called Sabrina and Ryan. we were all going out to get Victoria gifts and stuff for her suprise party at Ryan's house. I walked back up the stairs left a note in my place, changed, grabbed some stuff, and left.
* at the mall *
Ryan and Sabrina already picked our a present for victoria. sabrina got her a silver bestfriends necklace with their names ingraved in the back. Ryan got her a new bag and shoes that go with it. (sabrina picked it out ). they went to get some luch while i went to the pandora store to get victoria's gift. i got her a pandora bracelet and 3 charms. a V, a <3 , and a J. they were rapper in a fancy box. then i had luch and we all went to Ryan's house to set up the party. the people going were me, ryan, sabrina, chaz, his sister caitlyn, nolan, his girlfriend jen, usher, scooter, my mom, kenny, selena gomez, and a couple other people sabrina invited. the party was ready to go.
*victoria's pov* i was walking around the house cleaning things up. justin walked in while i was drinking some water. he smiled brightly. " happy birthday beautiful." he said to me then kisses me passionatly. " thank you" i smiled. "i have a suprise for you. close your eyes." he said to me. he put something in my hand and i opened my eyes looking at a beautiful pandora bracelet. " o my goodness justin it beautiful!" i smiled " thank you so much, this is the best birthday ever!" i kissed him. " thats not all, go get ready i have another suprise." he winked at me then i ran upstairs. i showered and did my whole rutine. then justin got in the shower and got ready, by the time we were done it was 6:30.
"SUPRISE!!!!!!!!" everyone yelled at me as i entered ryan's house. " omg!! thank you guys soooo much!" i screamed. music went on and everyone danced. we had cake then i opened gifts. they were all so amazing.
me and justin got home at like 12. i went right up to his room with him fallowing behind me. Justin got into his sweats and threw me his shirt. i out it on along with a pair of shorts. he layed down next to me " happy birthday." i smiled " thank you for everything, it was perfect." he kissed me then it got intense. he got on top of me and put his hands up my shirt. *victoria's pov*
i was scared out of my mind. what was she doing here!? how did she find me!? so many thoughts were running through my head but i had very little time to think. " ves victoria its me. long time no see huh?" i walked behind justin. " oh nice try sweety but your little boyfriend isnt gonna save you!" the tears feel from my eyes. " go away in NOT leaving!" i yelled. justin looked at me then back at kathryn. " maybe its best if you leave. you cant control her life anymore. she will be 18 in 2 weeks." i looked at justin and very weakly smiled. "you cant make me leave!, she may be turning 18 soon but as of now she isnt! now get out here now!" i looked down and mumbled "no" she grabbed my wrist and slapped my face. before i could say any thing justin grabbed me, pulled me inside and called the police. Sabrina herd everything and came in the room with ryan. " whats going on!?" ryan asked. justin went in the other room and started talking on the phone. " can you just get me some ice?" i asked sabrina while holding my cheek. she nodded and braught me some ice. as she lightly put it on my cheek i quickly ' oww'd '. she looked at me. " do you need anything else?" i shook my head and layed on the couch. soon justin came down the stairs.

" they went to get her and said they would call us when they got her." i said and everyone nodded. soon sabrina and ryan left and it was just me and victoria. i craddled her in my arms as she cryed into my chest. " its gonna be ok victoria, like i said before i will always be here for you" i said as i kissed the top of her head. " thank you justin, your the best thing thats ever happened to me." i smiled and kisses her lips. then i looked at my watch. 4:52. " hey babe, do you wanna go out for dinner, get our mind off of things?" she smiled at me " of course, ill goget ready." she got up to go to my room. i grabbed he by the waist and pulled her back down. she laughed " justiiiiiiiin!! let me gooo" she whined. "not till i get a kiss!!" she smiled at me and quickkly kissed my lips. " now let me go!" she smiled and gave me the puppy dog face. " okay, i guess!" i let her go and watched heer run up the stairs. i went to go get ready too.

i got ready for the date and put on a brand new purple dress i bought at the mall earlier. then i straightened my hair, did my make up, and put on a pair of black heels justin bought me for our one week. " victoria! you ready?" justin yelled from the other room. i looked in the mirror. perfect. "yup 1 sec" i said back. i got down stairs and we walked to his car.
justin took me out to olive garden. we ate nd then sat and talked for a little bit. " um justin?"
"yes"
"when do you go back on tour?"
" september 3, why"
" what am i supposed to do when your gone??"
" its ok babe, we'll work things out promise."

we got up and left, justin drove us to the beach and we walked by the water and watched the sun set. the whole time i felt like someone was fallowing us. but i put t asside.
we stopped and sat on the sand. " i love you victoria, i know we have only been together for about a month but i feel like i have known you forever. you make me complete and i dont know what i would do without you." he said and i got tears in my eyes, happy tears.
