alright well in health class right now were doing a chapter on the food youi should eat and stuff. and you can count your calories based on how much you weigh and height. there is a website to it, called www.choosemyplate.gov
you can start tracking your food by filling out this page where ir tells you to put your weight in and height and it will tell you how many calories, sodium, sat.fat, oils you supposed to have. well i hope this will help you. ( :
i think that it's best to drink water a lot instead of fizzy stufff..... this is hard O.o and i think that it's recommended to walk 45 minutes a day? which is a long time... and i swear i heard someone say it's good to eat an egg every day or something weird like that...
and.... if you want a snack don't have crisps or whatever, have something healthy... like an apple?

well for starters, if you have a dog (preferably a young one) you can go running with him/her, (i have started doing this) and if ur super self concious like me, then you can do it once it starts getting dark at night, i also want to start super early in the morning but lets be serious, thats never gonna happen, for me at least. drink LOTS of water, especially before meals, for example i drank two glasses of water before i ate on thanksgiving and it prevented me from gaining a lot of weight. and lots of people find this tip hard but after a while i found it quite easy, and that tip is calorie counting, before i usually eat something really big or something like that, i ask my self if its really worth the calories, or if im just thirsty, and compare the amount of calories to something else, if one has less calories than the other food item, eat the one with less calories.
