I see, I'm glad you know that now, and are also trying to get the word out to others. It's a wonderful thing you're doing, I know as you've gone through it, you'll truly understand how important providing information and support to others is.
I give out my email (lara12345631@gmail.com) but no facebook at the moment (will reactivate around December, when I graduate high school)...if those who need it, you're welcome to give out mine as well.
And the presentation is a good concept. I myself, have not lost a friend to suicide, but two which have attempted suicide multiple times...
every time you get that feeling, just tell yourself what you have :) often the hardest person to convince is yourself, which is why it's so hard.
When you two are together, just let him hold you, be there for you, and with time I'm sure it'll start to fade away :)
then hug her :) it doesn't have to be right at the beginning...it could be mid-way through conversation, it could be right at the end...but you've gotta go for it...you love her :)
okay, two weeks...I had that...I could not stop thinking about the one I love...like literally...it was torture to not be able to talk to him for so long...but it helped me see that without him, it would be like this forever...
take the first step :) take that brave step, even though I know how much it takes...I couldn't do it...I was like you, I was much too scared...I was only lucky that my boyfriend took that first step...today, two and a half years later, he still tells me how glad he was for being brave, he tells me how scared he was...how he almost couldn't believe it when I told him that I loved him too...it seemed so magical and unreal...but all it took was that first step...
but that's why I say, the hug is the first and most important...it will remind you of just how much she means to you...it will let you see past any if's or but's...it will show you why you must take the first step...you love her, I can see that...so tell her :)
I do know that she is your best friend and someone you love dearly...I know you're scared because you want her to be happy, you want to say you'll do anything for that happiness, but you're scared of losing her too...
but you know who she is...but you don't have to believe what I say will happen, find out for yourself :)
:)
okay, next time you see her, hug her. that's the first and most important thing...next, I know it's probably not what you would think is right, but tell her, from your heart, everything she means to you and tell her that you love her.
I really think she loves you too :)

If you have any ideas on how, I'd love to help.
don't feel too scared :) your family and friends will help you through it :)
and hmm...no time other than that?

I'm sorry...he will be in my prayers <3
